Tri-County Ace

First time to this Ace. Just moved to area. I was really impressed with store. Very clean, staff was super helpful, especially Matt. Find some things I was searching for at Lowes, and home depot with no success. Found my store. 100%

Every time I go in to the store, I am greeted and asked if I need help in anyway. They have a good selection of products! Staff is exceptional!

Had what I needed. Easy to find and quick in and out. Probably saved 20 minutes rather than going to the big box store.

Better than the people at the new Sherwin Williams store next door had what I wanted at a better price and better customer service

Excellent and helpful staff. I am in the market for a new grill and I received lots of great information. Manager was very thorough. When I asked about the Food Fest promoted on my Ace Rewards mailer for 3/25 he shared that their store would not be hosting an event. What a disappointment! I hate to be dropping that kind of money at the Ace Hardware Mauldin Store in Greenville, but they will be having one from 11-2. Hopefully in the future the “Thrift family owners from 1967” will free up resources to celebrate in our community!

Nice, clean store. Nice gift section with cute things besides hardware. Helpful staff. We were asked if we needed help by 3 different staff members ....rare! Sure beats being ignored and wandering aimlessly in HD or Lowes! And Ace has more things in stock!! Easy in, easy out.

Sorry: all you other customers .. Been going to this ACE FOR NEARLY 6 YRS.. And have good to Excallant service . Maybe you. May want to just maybe the way You present yourself to to the people that work there change your Approach to them . . What you give is what u get back. Great customer service and great selection. I was very excited to see Bud at this location. He has been extremely helpful the past few years when I lived in Clemson. He is knowledgeable about almost every product and has never given me a bad advice when it comes to a product. Over all a great experience.

Great deals. Love the fact that they actually know where things are in their store. Always clean. Very well organized and put together. Definitely makes going to pick up a few household items easy. Always have what I need...and what I want. Thank you for being the helpful place!

I fully expected I'd end up driving the greater distances to Home Depot or Lowes to find the set screw needed to repair my storm door. Pleasantly surprised to find my local Ace hardware had the $.35 part. The young man waiting on me walked directly to the drawer in hardware after taking one look at what I needed. Had me out of there in record time! Proficiency=Efficiency! Thanks, ACE.

They have some of the most friendly associates ever! They understand the patience required for serving older customers and are always so helpful. The young man who helped my mom literally helped her find everything on her list- wish I could remember his name. She loves going to Ace, because of the customer service.

Need propane went 5 places before here. They had it and had an superb assistant fueling our tanks. I will make sure I go there first next time.

Outstanding service. Always enjoy coming to the store with family as well. Free popcorn for the kids and smaller carts they can push. The prices are very competitive to big chain stores as well.

Very clean, well lite store. I frequent many Ace Hardware, & this is the best of the best in the layout & variety of items,(clothing, RV Propane service), then the helpful staff in the store , to include the Cashier as well. We really enjoyed this Ace for sure!

I like Ace Hardware, I am giving them 5 stars because the staff are always helpful and friendly.
And that is what makes the biggest difference. I'll gladly pay the extra couple dollars, just for convenience of location and because the staff are so nice.
