Had a great experience at this store because of Tim! I had a big issue with upgrading my phone and after spending two hours with a Verizon rep over the phone, I went to this location and was assisted by Tim! It took 4 hours to completely transfer and fix everything that the rep messed up and Tim was patient, kind, funny and so so helpful. He’s just an incredible guy with the funniest stories and i learned alot about current events too and his knowledge of so many other world events while waiting for the transfer!!
I wish I had gone here to begin with! Do yourself a favor and just pay the $50 they charge you to do a smooth transfer if you need assistance. Don’t bother calling the reps as they really messed up my transfer! If you have any phone issues, Tim is your guy!! I couldn’t be more pleased with this location and working with Tim!!

Had a great experience with the help of associate,Tim. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He was personable, understanding and kind. Recommend visiting if in need of a new phone or assistance.

I would leave even more stars if I could. Eddie was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I came in with a very damaged phone, he pointed me in the right direction of a replacement I am happy with. He was able to transfer all my information over from the damaged phone to my new one seamlessly. We had a fun conversation about movies while my data was transferring to the new phone, which made the experience far more enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. -Matt

Superb, Honest Service. Never felt pressured into any purchases. Staff are friendly and work to find the best solution for you. They also go out of their way to make your services as convenient as possible. For instance, my phone was taking a long while to transfer information into my new model. They made sure it didn't slow down my day at all. I know this sounds like an ad, but they truly were that pleasant!

Brian English at the Hillsdale Verizon store was extremely helpful as facilitated my trade in of my damaged phone. He got me a great trade in value towards my new phone. He helped transfer all my data, apps, and pictures, and was polite, professional, and explained my choices in clear language I could understand. Great experience at this location with Jamie Dyal, Store Manager. Bought 2 iPhones and all the accessories. Jamie was full service, explained plan options, offers, accessories, migrated the data over and updated our cloud service to meet our current needs. Usually have upgraded phones shipped and deal with Verizon over the phone, not doing that anymore. Store is clean and stocked with a lot of accessory choices. Could not have had a more positive experience. Highly recommend.

I called the store with a question in a panic and the employee named Gary answered the phone with such a friendly and pleasant attitude. Gary was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. He took his time and didn’t rush me off the phone but instead explained every detail needed. I was no longer in a panic and felt very confident that the issue will be fixed. It’s very rare in my experience to come across someone who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and not in a rush. I have gone to many Verizon stores but this is the only Verizon I will be going to from now on!

I needed to return a phone and bundled accessories, but couldn't find the packaging for one of the items. I dreaded it because, in the past, once an item was purchased at a Verizon retailer, it was always difficult to get any help with Returns. Eddie was very helpful, knowledgeable and provided EXCELLENT customer service; took back all of the items and gave full credit. Thank you, Eddie. I'll be sure to shop there in the future!

Bought a new phone from Garrett. I was in and out in 20 minutes. All contacts/photos/settings transferred over seamlessly. No hard sell. Very pleasant experience.

The manager at this location provides absolutely phenomenal service. Despite current health precautions in place, and despite not having purchased my device specifically at this location, the manager took the time to troubleshoot with me over the phone in the most helpful, patient, and ultimately successful manner. My business will absolutely be directed his way in the future, and I’d recommend you do the same as well for your own benefit.

2 years ago I traded this shop for the one in a near by location for one simple reason - incredible customer service. Today, it has not changed at all. Max and everyone there went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would have given them 10 stars if that was possible. If you are looking for none pushy, none salesy, none invasive approach while shopping for a new phone, this is the best place to go. Oh, and even if you didn't ask or knew, you are going to be given the opportunity to take advantage of all available offers to you, like the FREE tablet I got because I bought my phone on Black Friday!!!! Who knew Christmas was today?! Awesome store. Highly recommend!

Just bought a new iphone 13 at the Hillsdale store. The store manager Brian went above and beyond to review the plan, show us all the phones available, and talk us through our purchase. Absolutely recommend this store and Brian as your number one salesmen

I have been shopping in this location for years with Jeremy. I have a son who needs extra assistance with this type of stuff and I have to say Jeremy is amazing with everything, He always takes the time to explain everything and show us how to operate every phone or as of lately every ipad we buy. He is very patient and knowledgeable! I will only shop with Jeremy and recommend his service!

This review is for Luis, an employee at this store. My daughter was due for an upgrade, so we went to this store since we live in Hillsdale. As soon as we walked in, Luis welcomed us to the store. He helped us with our upgrade and completely informed us about insurance and data usage. Luis was very friendly and helpful. He made the process quick and painless. I’ve been to this location twice now to upgrade my phone and then to purchase an iPad. The manager Jamie and sales rep Quebec are professional and friendly. I will continue to use the Verizon Hillsdale for all my needs due in large part to amazing customer service!

Great experience with the store's owner Jerry. I had a virus/malware on my phone and could not use all of the features without being disconnected. Very frustrating. Stopped into his store on my way home and he had it fixed in about 15 minutes. No charge and wonderful service. Will be shopping there when I upgrade and for any other services I need.
