I want to express my gratitude to this gentleman for saving my day! I was on my way to work when the engine and coolant lights suddenly came on. I was too scared to continue driving. This gentleman inspected my car, informed me that no coolant was needed, and reassured me that my car is fine; it could be a computer glitch. I am immensely grateful for his help.

Always a good experience when I stop in there. Excellent customer service - Staff is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. The store manager Daquan saw me having trouble taking my windshield wipers off In front of the store and helped me remove them Unsolicited. He then helped me pick the right size and even put them on my car.

Daquan (manager) was extremely helpful He assisted me with getting the correct wiper blades for my car and was nice enough to replace them for me..He was very cordial and professional and didn’t mind helping even in the rain!!

Tatiana is the BEST! Amazing customer service. She changed my windshield wiper in the pouring rain and saved our road trip from 3 1/2 hours of squeaking wipers. Thank you!

These guys saved my bacon. Reading the owners manual left me confused on how to change a headlight (ostensibly a light bulb) and questioning my intelligence. Fortunately, Jason was amazing, heard my concern, and helped me replace the headlight and made a recommendation. Thank you Jason!

Great service, highly recommend. Went in for a new battery. They replaced it immediately and then told that if the battery was still under warranty to just come back and they would refund me no questions asked. Sadly, I called the dealership and my warranty had expired. But I appreciate a business that is looking out for its customer.

This store has great service. I needed help with an oil change and didn’t know what tools I needed. The service was excellent.

Just visited the Westwood store for new windshield wipers. The employee who helped me replaced the old ones (with a smile) on a cold and snowy day. Great service!!!

My battery died so I headed straight to auto zone after getting a jump. David was great! He was very knowledgeable and patient with my vehicle as it was a bit complicated due to extra wires from a computer. Thanks for the help!!

The customer service here is great they do everything they possibly can do to resolve your issues. Daquan really went above and beyond to help me fix my problem and diagnose the issue! As well as other employees as well all do the same.

I went in to AutoZone to get my battery tested. Daquan, the store manager, assisted me as soon as I walked in. The battery needed to be replaced and Daquan took the initiative in ensuring I received immediate attention in getting this done, providing fantastic service. I applaud AutoZone in hiring employees of Daquan's character and appreciate his attention and high level of service. I'll continue to go to the Westwood AutoZone for all my auto needs.

Great customer service and friendly staff

I can’t start to thank Luz for her assistance with a purchase. I went in not having a clue how to go about changing a part. She took the time to explain how to go about purchasing what i need for this project. Mind you the store was terribly busy and she was answering calls and helping another gentleman. In all the years of making purchases at AUTOZONE have I ever come across anyone as helpful not even mentioning the professionalism that she showed. These are the kind of people we need in customer service. Luz, thank you again. You’ll see me again for sure!

Hi I was there yesterday and I was attendant by David he always is very professional and polite,is really good when you find people that really wanna help you ,this no the first time that he help me with question or installing things in my car,I really appreciate i would highly recomend him anywhere

Excellent customer service. Daquan and Tatiana went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and changed my car and key fob battery within minutes of stepping into the door.

Ravin was super helpful, I honestly expected to do a return because the windshield wipers weren’t fitting my car. I had several people try and we couldn’t figure out the clips. Ravin came out to take a look and ended up doing it for me. He easily could’ve accepted the return but instead went beyond my expectation. Thank you!
