All good stuff here. Friendly and helpful staff that don't just stand there and stare at you from behind the counter. Not sure why employees do that now days. They just stare at you without a greeting or asking what they can do for you. But that's other places, not here. Store full of all kinds of automotive parts and accessories. Go here because they have it and the store is clean and well lit and stocked. Don't waste your time looking at other places.

Tonight I went in to have my car battery checked, new wipers, and car oil. Nick not only checked my battery (which wasn't good); bit he also found a new battery that would fit into my car, and also installed it for me. All while my children and I waited. He was also kind enough to install the wipers. Thank you, Nick, and AutoZone for helping a single mom out!

Sean did an excellent job helping me choose the right battery for my car. And later on a Sunday evening too! Employees at this location have always given excellent customer service.

Great service from Rodney and his coworkers today. Van died on me in Meijer parking lot. Rodney tested and charged the battery and was able to get us jumped and on the road back home to avoid calling a tow. We will be back Friday to get it replaced. Great job making a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Much appreciated.

I needed a battery charger for my car. Didn't catch his name but the employee was very helpful.

Nick at Autozone on West Main was my hero today!!!! My car battery died and while I was waiting for AAA to jump my car I was calling around to different auto places. No one even offered to look at my car except Nick. He said it might be difficult but he would try. When I got there I was hesitant to turn my car off because I didn’t want to get stranded anywhere so he took a look at my engine while it was still running he said it looked pretty difficult and to me it looked seemingly impossible but when he told me to turn off my engine I could have jumped for joy! The weather was very unpleasant it was cold and wet but he stayed out there and replaced my battery! He was so kind and patient and I appreciate the time he took to fix my car I don’t know what I would have done without him today. Next time I’m having car problems I’m definitely going back to autozone and I’m asking for Nick!!

Nick T was extremely helpful and pleasant, even going as far as to teach me about what we were doing. As a young male it can embarrassing not to know much about your car but Nick made it a good experience. Thank you so much, will definitely be back.

Excellent service! I want to thank Amanda specifically, who went above and beyond in providing helpful service with sincerity! My car had died in the Meijer parking lot behind Auto Zone. Amanda, who was managing the store for that day, was happy to come all the way across the parking lot out to my car and attempt jumping it. When it was clear my battery was shot, she helped remove the battery (a bit more difficult with a newer Ford car), gave me a great deal on a new battery from the Auto Zone, AND helped to install the new battery! And she did all of this even though it was nearly time for her to clock out for the day, but she was happy to help me anyway. Very helpful, very personable, and very professional service! I just went in to get a new wiper blade, and was immediately greeted by a worker named Drew. He asked me what he could help me with right away, found the most cost effective and best quality blade for me, and then installed it for me. He went the extra mile to be helpful. I will be returning to this store for my future car needs because of this interaction.

I bought a battery. Had to wait a few hours for the to bring it in, but that was not bad. They replaced the battery for me at no charge.

Bought a car battery with a the year warranty two years ago, that failed today. Replaced under warranty, no expense, by AutoZone employee. Very satisfied, excellent service, stands behind their product!

My son is a student at WMU and this location was very helpful with the headlights we needed to find and how to change them. Both employees were great and Rick offered to come out and show us how to change them out. I highly recommend this store.

Rick H. at the West Main location was very helpful when I came in for a battery check. It is always hard when I go get anything checked with my car because I am not very good at it, but he made sure I understood the problem, and even helped me make some calls about getting my battery replaced. Came in to get battery and alternator checked. I was helped by Roger C. He was friendly, quick and very helpful! He let me know my batter cables were loose and helped me find the right ones! He did a great job and I’m so happy it wasn’t anything major. Thank you again Roger for your time and patience!

Cold day today. Went in to Advance and met Rick who priced all the options for some new wiper blades for me. He was quick and efficient and helpful and even replaced the blades for me in the cold rain. Much appreciated. Incidentally, they work perfectly too! Will be back!

Nick T was great, helped us deal with a dead battery and got us a warranty replacement in under 15 minutes! Drastically improved the bad night we were having, would highly recommend this location! Rich H was also super nice and helpful
