AT&T Store

I visited this location last Sunday for an upgrade on my phone, everything was so great, I was helped by Axel Hernandez, he was so helpful and guided me through all the process to get my new phone, the Galaxy S24 Ultra, he explained everything so clearly. I'd definitely go black with him and I absolutely recommend him. Thanks so much, I loved his customer service as well. Everything's great, just waiting for my new phone to arrive after 2 days only. Garth made this experience amazing for us. My partner was getting a new phone and Garth was extremely patient and kind. He was also very thorough on any promotions and we took advantage on that. That, to us, goes above and beyond. Thank you, Garth!

We were in the store a few weeks ago to purchase an iPad and to upgrade our old phones. Our customer service experience was top notch . It definitely took a bit of time to move our information and change carriers but the time was well spent and the vibe on the store was actually fun . Garth was our sales person and I cannot say enough about his customer service skills. I told him he could be president of the company someday! He was engaging, knowledgeable and confident. We are very happy about our experience at the Oak Lawn AT&T!!.

Omg! This team should teach a class on how to take care of their customers.
Went in to get my 70 yr old mother a new phone, I added a line, got a watch, bought an accessory, and so on.
Shout out to Ziad and the amazing lady that greeted us I didn't get her name but she looked like the boss there. Had a great experience and were so patient with my mom, thank you.

My husband, daughter, and I needed our 3 phones activated. We truly lucked out and had the pleasure of having Giovanni help us. He was helpful, patient, and thorough. He also had a great sense of humor, which made the time pass quickly! Giovanni is a real asset to AT&T.

I went into At&T and Jasmine was the best. She was very patient and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. She helped set up my new phone as well as correcting the issue with our purchase on another phone. I highly recommended going to At&T in Oak Lawn and asking for Jasmine.

Kristina Ortiz went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was a success. I was paying over $250 per month with Xfinity and she lowered my bill by half. I understand she is one of the more senior members at your store and her experience really shows. Thank you for your help with my tv, internet, and also my personal finances.

Christina and garth were great and and helped me get the perfect i pad for my daughter fast and easy and garth knew it was my daughter's birthday and he wrapped it up for her he was such a nice gentleman
