Office Depot

There was a young female employee that helped me at the Norcross Office Depot. I couldn't find any of the items that I wanted. I asked her each time where the item was that I needed. She was so kind and helped me find each item. She had so much knowledge of items in the store. When the clerk at the register couldn't find the last item for me, she came up and showed us immediately where it was. She deserves a promotion. If it wasn't for her, I probably would have left the store without finding what I needed. There was no other employee helping customers on the floor.

Jon, the assistance store manager, went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. He is very approachable, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. I signed up for Business Select because of Jon and I am so grateful I did. He saves me and my business a lot of money. THANK YOU JON !!!!

The 2 guys working the Print and Copy section went above and beyond for me when I placed the order through the app incorrectly at the Holcomb Bridge location in Peachtree Corners. They were extremely polite and went the extra mile. I really appreciate them and my pleasant experience at Office Depot.

Kavin, Jon and Chris really are a great team when it’s all about customer service! Both Kavin and Jon are always ready to assist with all your office needs! They are able to address many customers at once with kindness and respect. Chris, Michael, Brian, Jon and Kavin all brighten the store’s atmosphere. I am grateful for them and the entire Office Depot team!!

The prints I ordered were very high quality and the service was friendly and efficient.

The overall layout was immaculate. I was able to locate what I came in to buy with ease. The checkout process was fast and I was on my way.

Had a good experience at this Peachtree Corners Office Depot store. Manager Jon was especially helpful in both expediting a printing department order and in later reconciling a difference in an item's advertised price and that stored in the checkout register. Good customer service seems hard to find these days, but I am happy to report that I found it at this store.

I had a problem with a purchase that could not be resolved with the supplier, Black Hawk Network and their worthless 800 phone line/ office depot help line.
Stephanie, a manger at this location assisted me to get the issue resolved to my complete satisfaction.
She was willing to go above and beyond, taking my issue directly to the upper levels of Office Depot security, instead of just passing my problem off to their 800 phone number, she took care of it.
In today's world of anonymous, faceless corporations, endless phone voice message prompts and little customer service, it was fantastic to have a real person assist me, getting customer service like they promise you in their ads.
Highly recommend if you ever need the help of a real human!!

Friendly and helpful staff, welcomed when entering and asked if I needed help by another. Had what I wanted and at a better price than their main competitor. Plenty of stock in here to which I really liked, again found the levels of stock and prices better than the other branded stationary supplier.

At a time when demand for service industry labor outpaces available and willing supply, Office Depot in Peachtree Corners has maintained a clean and well-stocked store and a courteous and knowledgeable staff that makes shopping their efficient and pleasant.

I had a very nice shopping experience. The associates all spoke and asked if I needed any assistance. Everyone was professional and courteous. I found what I needed and there was no line at the checkout! A very nice experience.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. There were at least four employees that I could see. The first employee walked me over to what I needed.
Sales Manager Jon was a phenomenal help to me with finding paper and discbound notebooks. Jon explained the Tul Discbound planners and notebooks in a way in which I finally understood the benefits. Should I need anything else, I'll be sure to ask for him, if he's on schedule that day.

Ordered items online after the store was closed for the day. Received text online that my order was ready for pick up and got it after dropping my son off at nearby Norcross High School. Great way to shop if you know what you need!

I love this office depot because I know I will always get my prints and projects on time! Please be sure to ask for James or John when you go there because they will take care of you!!!

So helpful and quick, I got a banner made for my business and it was so easy to get done, I used to use vista print but this is much easier and the Rep in printing is very kind!

Office Depot is a great place to go for personal, or business projects, items, and computer services. Employees greeted me when I walked in the store.
