Panera Bread

We came here on Saturday night, our first time back since they’ve remodeled. Located on a main drag, plenty of parking and the remodel looks nice and modern. Dining room area still huge. Service was friendly, helpful and better than ever. Shout out to Celestina for putting together a yummy take home box of treats. Sourdough bread bowls were hot and delicious. Perfect for the colder weather. I got the broccoli cheddar and hubby got the chicken noodle. Broccoli cheddar was the better selection as it doesn’t make the bowl too soggy. The pastries were to die for, especially the Orange Scone.

We had a great experience visiting this PB location for the first time.
We enjoyed a delicious cappuccino, some of their toasted sandwiches and tomato soup. The manager Andres was very kind, he even helped us deciding what to order. Can’t wait to be back.

They are so accomodating and welcoming. From the register to the "cooks", they all deserve their flowers. It is hard dealing with the public some days but they make it seem easy. Loved my green goddess sandwich and the buffalo chicken. They pit effort into making my meal look appealing and tasty. Yummy to my tummy. I do not get this type of service from the full staff at every location. I now have my new Panera locations. Promise i wont be a pest. Lol

When I walked in two people greeted me and told me "someone will be right there to help you". The cashier was friendly and accommodating. Here's what a got and it was good!

that comes W/ pickle + (chips or apples)
•1 Brownie

A decent place to grab a bite. You can't go wrong here. The new spicy chicken sandwich is good. We tried the broccoli cheddar soup that was also good.

The directions might be confusing as this location is inside the bank

It is so unfortunate that Peachtree Corners is not my closest location.
It's like a totally different owner. The manager is great. The ambiance. The cleanliness. The food presentation.
It's amazing how the same food can be so much better when it's prepared with an uplifting attitude.

Today was my FIRST time to Panera Bread ever and it was a great experience because the the sandwich we had was delicious and healthy and sweet breads we had were just better than expected. I didn’t wait so long to order and to get my food. I will come back. It is a little pricey but it doesn’t matter since the food is scrumptious👌🏼

Best Panera store I ve been to. When I went in today, their system was down. But as a regular sip club member, they gave me a cup for my coffee. And gave me my regular cinnamon crunch bagel and asked me to pay the next time I come to the store. The store is always neat and serene for us early morning birds. Thanks to the manager for the welcoming atmosphere.

This is my to go place if I don't have time to a sit-down restaurant. Food is consistently fresh and tasted good. Cashers are usually nice. Today my son accidentally ordered a whole sandwich (he thought he would just get half because he did pick 2) and another half sandwich. The manager there was very nice. She said it was on her because the cashier forgot to explain that particular sandwich comes in whole even you do pick 2. I thought she was just being very nice. We got the refund for the half sandwich unexpected. Really nice people!

Service can be slow sometimes but there’s ample space inside. Also the staff was extra helpful when I left my bag up there, they even tried to deliver it to me 🙂❤

I wish Panera Bread was closet, I'd eat there ALL day! Stepped outside of my turkey chili and tried the pizza, absolutely delicious!! Smelled so good I started eating before the pic..😋 yummy.. cant go wrong with anything on the menu!!

Panera’s quality and service is constantly at the top with great comfort food and relaxed cafe atmosphere- this location is no different.

Great food, great service, relaxed atmosphere mixed with business professionals networking and enjoying a good meal.

This Panera is so high tech. It has self ordering service and a screen to let you know when you are up next. The service is so good here, the ladies are super sweet and nice! SMH please Tip these nice ladies! I never had a good experience at Panera in my life but this team definitely deserves all the stars.

They were good to very good in the past but the past several weeks - maybe 4-8 - they were not as good - sandwiches didn't look or taste as good as before. But, TODAY - they were on point - must have been some new training because the Sandwiches looked FANTASTIC and tasted GREAT and they did the best wrapping job they've ever done. Had to be some retraining or new training recently done at this location. LOVED IT! Wish it was like this all the time. Best lunch Eva!

Placed an online order and came for pickup. Was early morning so there wasn't a wait. Service was friendly and my order was ready fresh. The bagels are a bit larger than expected and quite delicious. So was their Brioche breakfast sandwich. Interior and exterior was clean and well kept, great job! A bit tricky to drive out of from the dip on the sidewalk, but was a great visit. I'll be coming again.

This location has ample parking and the interior is large with lots of seating.

I had placed an order on the app. I really miss their broth bowls.
When I got there the item was not in stock.
Even though the chocolate croissant showed in the app as available, it wasn't. I was a little upset, but Erica to the rescue!

She was pleasant and explained the item is not normally available after 2pm. For my trouble she took care of me with a drink instead, which was fine.

I will definitely be back!!! Managers at other eating establishments should take a page from Erica, she made my day!

This is one of my favorite lunch spots. The sandwiches are served on fresh bread and bagels. They have a delicious Chicken & Wild Rice soup and a delicious Chicken Tikka Masala soup too. I also want to point out the great service and mention Celestina. She has helped me so much when I've ordered from the counter and when I've ordered from the self serve kiosk. So, a big thumbs up for Celestina and the Norcross Panera!!!

Great restaurant, first time coming here and I will be back for sure, great service.

I had never tried the food before, and I must admit that it was incredibly satisfying. It was full of a variety of flavors that persisted long after I had finished my dinner. I wholeheartedly endorse Panera Bread to anyone looking for a novel approach to great food and healthy lifestyle options.
