I love this thrift store! I recently discovered it and I have only been a couple of times now but every time I go the energy there is so positive and fun that it is contagious. The staff can be overheard singing to the fun music and laughing with each other. They have great prices and a great selection. If you follow them on social media they post all their sales for the week on Sunday or Monday.

HandmeUPs Thrift is a nice thrift store located in a not-so-busy location. Its clean, spacious and well-lighted area makes your shopping easy. The prices are ok for their books, clothing, toys, and others.

Great place to pick up decor, frames and Christmas stuff at a very low cost. Sometimes they have great sales on various stuff, like they did couple days ago on frames. A lot of the frames were in awesome condition. We got so many and they were half off!! One of the best great thrift store around Raleigh! Would love to go back again ♥

Great place. Located in the corner of Subway and Food Lion. As an abuse survivor I just couldn't handle the mask enforcement so was not able to full on shop. This seems like a much better alternative to Goodwill. Their furniture prices are amazing. Other than that, wasn't in long enough to really explore. Will have to come back in the future.

I truly love this place. There are always some fun finds, the staff is friendly, and the pricing is reasonable. I always feel welcomed coming here!

By far one of my favorite thrift stores in the triangle area. Well lit, clean, and good prices. What I love most is that they hire adults with autism to work in the store. It gives them an opportunity to socialize with the community and share their fun personalities, plus earn an income. We need to help each other through these tough times and this store is such a positive influence on the people who work there. I encourage everyone to be patient with the autistic staff. They want to learn to make a living just like the rest of us, only it's harder for them. They are also super creative and sometimes use vintage ceramics and glassware to sell plants in. I always find more than I expect and leave feeling happy. Overall a great shopping experience!

Great store! I was in recently and surprised at the wide variety, and well put together displays. This store will be a go-to for me when I'm needing something. It is well organized and easy to see what is on shelves.

I love this thrift store. Fortunately I live close by and stop in on a very regular basis and find new things every time I shop. They are constantly putting out new items. It is somewhat of an addiction I know. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Also love the mission of the thrift store - supporting and giving those on the spectrum an opportunity to work. Managers do a great job managing the store and caring for the employees!

I found some great items and loved talking with the owner (or manager, it has been awhile and I can't remember... I'll have to go again soon).

The highlight of my shopping trip, however, was when one of the workers overheard me as I looked at a Dora the Explorer toy and lamented that kids don't know about Dora anymore. The staff member agreed and we sang the Backpack song together and it totally made my entire day.

This is my kind of place.

Phenomenal shop. Staff was very kind and cordial. They went above and beyond. More than you would expect from a local thrift. The stop is a must if you are in the area.

Hand Me Ups Thrift store is the best thrift store I have ever been to!!! For all the great variety of merchandise you can purchase, pricing, and cleanliness!! Their staff is kind and helpful if you need any help!! I highly recommend them if you are in the Raleigh Area!!

You just can't find a better thrift store than this! First its purpose is to employ young adults with Autism. Second, I worked here for 5 years and loved every minute of making new friends while finding great deals! If you haven't visited this store yet you simply must! It's under new management who've made some awesome changes...all for the better!! Go check it out!!

Friendly staff and clean store. Fairly organized and they do a good job of picking through items to ensure what is on the shelf is not junk. Great prices! I got 2 pairs of name brand maternity pants for $5.

Such great finds!! Love this thrift store. The staff is all so lovely, the items seem impossibly curated. Super organized so I can more easily find that sweater I always wanted but never knew existed.

HandmeUPs is a wonderful place with lots of great finds! The people here are so friendly and helpful and truly care about making a difference in the community. My favorite part is the book section - I always find a couple of best sellers and new releases for a GREAT price ($1). They also have lots of great houseware items and nice clothes at unbeatable prices. By far the best thrift store in Raleigh!

Great thrift store. Very organized. They sort their donations well, so clothes on racks is always in good condition. Prices are super reasonable. This is one of our favorite thrift shops in Raleigh.

The absolute best thrift store in Raleigh with an amazing selection of new items as well. My whole family shops here at least once a week and sometimes more. A great place for everything. Especially gifts for all ages. Thank you to the owners for their dedication to their mission and hard work.
