AT&T Store

I would like to give a shout out to Ozzy.The magnificent young man that I met today when I went in with my best friend George to get an upgrade to his iPhone and I turned around and ended up getting an iPhone myself. This young man's patience blew me way. His calm, cool, and collected attitude spoke volumes from his mannerism to him setting up my phone. I didn't have to lift a finger. He even put my screen saver on and my case together. Thank you for having such a gentle soul working in your establishment. People like him make you want to come back.

When I tell you I love Ozzy I love him so much I come here all the time I got my phone stolen and was so worried I lost everything but Ozzy calmed me down and was so patient with me was able to get everything back im so happy and grateful for him thank you so much Ozzy I love you thank you for always taking care of me

This was absolutely the best experience I have had since... FOREVER!! Christina was so unbelievably helpful! A fantastic day a total win for me! I've been trying to get a new phone from my old carrier they could not help me but Cristina definitely did!! Thank you Christina!!!

Kash was exceptional with the service, went above and beyond to help me out with a complicated transaction that was going in circles between AT&T customer service and one of the local stores. Kash had a thorough understanding on the products and exactly knew what he was doing, Helped me resolve the issue with in 2 hours. He had a great talent on understanding the exact issue along with offering viable solutions. Great to see such an individual who takes pride in helping customers.

Great store and staff. Went here yesterday with my husband to upgrade our phones. The worked Kash was super helpful and super nice and professional. Made the whole process super simple and straightforward. Even got us a promo we didn't know was available and saved us alot of money on our installment plan. Will def be coming back here in the future. It wasn't busy either which was great.

Mike K has helped me tremendously when i came to his store to reset a phone that had a broken screen and needed to return for insurance reasons. With the help of using his phone to locate the functions and navigated my broken black screen with less then a ¼ inch of visible screen, 40 min past closing and i showed up 15 min before closing he stayed late and worked his magic and reset it. Thanks Mike you gained a customer and ill be back tomorrow for them watches.....

Just had an excellent experience at this store. Kash was super helpful and knowledgeable of the different plans, services, and promotions. He Is very detail oriented and provided a great conversation for the 25-30 minutes it took for my phone data to transfer, all the while helping other customers.

Kash was wonderful to me. Phone was locked and frozen and not only did he fix the problem, but he taught me to do this and reassured me that the device sometimes will do this on it's own. I was very appreciative. He was warm, professional, friendly and really knew how to work a phone! Grateful for Kash and will go back again. Thank you, Kash!

Wonderful staff! Both employees in the store helped answer all of my questions and find the products that would work best for me. Christina was very patient and kind! Made the process of switching over very easy. Happy to know I can come back to the store if I have any questions.

I have had to deal with an employee at this store several times. I have been pleasantly surprised by how absolutely helpful the young man working there has been. I wish I had gotten his name. 5 BIG stars!

Went to upgrade my iPhone, went from a 7 to a 12 pro, Kash was so informative, helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions and at no point did he display any sort of frustration or anger.
