Tomato 2 Japanese Grocery & Goods

Just like eating in Japan with a traditional Japanese seafood restaurant. Sushi and sashimi are fresh and delicious. Services are very nice and prices are reasonable. I and my wife will be back sometime soon.

There is one small door in the building that makes you wonder if the entrance is correct👀
This market is small but there are a variety of products, so you could buy what you wanted.
The staff were also friendly.
Please note that the operating hours are until 6pm.

I used to live in Hiroshima. Though the store is a bit of waste for my house is nice to go there and grab my favorite stuff. I'm able to speak Japanese to the workers there. Makes me feel at home and the prices aren't high.

Great little place! Google drops you right at it but it isn't obvious so I included a picture of the entrance because it looks like an employee entrance at first.

Great sushi and sashimi restaurant along with grocery and food Japanese products both local and imported. Delicious!

I found this place a few years back and have always enjoyed popping in. The Japanese snacks are great, different choices of foods, and some cute home goods things! I think just recently they opened an even smaller shop inside that’s similar to Daiso, they have great kitchen gear and small gadgets. I hope they continue to stay open, it’s a gem hidden away and hope everyone can support this place!

Non-Japanese/Korean/Chinese/etc readers be warned, there is little to no English at the store. Other than that I had a wonderful experience looking for different foods and snacks. I definitely think my favorite udon there is a kitsune udon. I especially love the little tiny containers of them. If you can’t read an Asian language make sure you either have a friend who can or a translator open on your phone!

My husband drove around the building and street for 20 minutes. We couldn't find any business signs. The store is interesting. My family enjoyed the visit. We will definitely come back again.

Lovely Japanese grocery store! It had a lot of things I haven't seen since being in Japan and that you can't find at other groceries in the area.

Small but nice store with authentic Japanese items

I can't believe I finally found a legit Japanese grocery store. It's not close to my home but 100% worth the trip! It's small but had more than enough authentic Japanese grocery selection to keep me coming back. They even sell Dashi. This place is perfect for someone that hugely misses being able to travel to Japan right now.

I love this store and have been going here for years. It may seem a little run down, but it's always clean and the staff are always friendly. They get a new selection fairly regularly and it's a very wide range. Another plus is that most of the products have a sticker that lists what it is and the ingredients on the back in English.

If you're looking for some Japanese snacks or even some traditional food I highly suggest giving this store a try.

Finally took the time to dine in, and let me tell you. The lunch here is authentic and delicious! The sushi was fresh and croquettes perfectly cooked.

Looking forward to coming back many times in the future!

Love this place. I was a regular for over 10 years and a loyalty card holder. The best selection of Japanese snacks and beverages in all of ATL. Staff is always welcoming. The prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this little store to anyone who has a hard time finding local Japanese ingredients and novelty items.

This is the best Japanese speciality store in town. They have a huge inventory at great prices. Once a month, about 50 of us place orders and they deliver it to our company - 2 hours away. The order is always correct. Great service!!

Crazy hidden Japanese store in the back of a windowless Sushi restaurant on PIB. Great selection of hard to foods and dry goods. Japanese Nintendo games and videos if that is your thing. Always friendly but know what you want cause language can be a barrier.

Very nice grocery and convenience store of Japanese products. Purchased a lot of daiso and sanrio products at very reasonable prices!

I love Tomato 2, located right next to Sushi Yoko (my favorite restaurant). I have been going to this place for 12 years. I love it. You can find a lot of Japanese goodies. Just be respectful when you shop here because the people who work here are Japanese.

Fantastic place for those looking for Japanese ingredients for cooking or even just Japanese snacks and deserts. Their is not a ton of labeling, but the staff is friendly, and will help you find what you're looking for even if you can't read the Japanese packaging. It's attached to a great restaurant too.

Little shop with imported groceries and goods from Japan. Lots of goodies with a different selection every time. Always a fun place to explore or pick up some staples!
