Had to exchange a faulty battery that I purchased in Warner Robins, the store at Peach Tree industrial refused to do it saying I had to take it back to the store I brought it from. Came to 5800 Buford Hwy, and Walter R. took care of us. Excellent service

These guys are awesome. Alen was very helpful. I would have stood in the rain and replaced the alternator, but Alen suggested I check the battery first. I have never had a battery die in transit, but thats what happened. I love how helpful they are at Advance.

I love people that actually want to help people! You would think you wouldn't be surprised to receive good service but from the time I walked in the young lady i forget her name was very cordial ,attentive , and helpful !

I didn’t get a chance to grab the gentleman’s name but I went in there today (March 8th) while it was pouring heavy rain, desperate to find a specific double sided adhesive tape. They didn’t have any in stock but the guy did find an alternative for me so THANK YOU for trying!! I literally went to two other stores prior to this one and they weren’t helpful. I’d definitely come back

JR was amazing. Was very patient and helpful with installing my new car battery. I had accidentally bought the wrong one but he was able to assist me in the correct size. He also graciously installed it for me without any complaints. Go see JR!

Ms. Laura and Ms.Sarah are completely awesome terrific customer service and both strive for excellence it seems. However there is a employee named Adriana who is very rude. She wouldn't assist me in my part search. She actually sent me to another store toget my parts. when I arrived to the other store the store sent me back to Adrianna whom had a very unprofessional smile across her face. It was as if she was pleasured by making things harder on a paying and loyal customer. Terrible and pleasant experience at the same time. The managers Jr and Mr. Jermaine were also very professional.

Went to auto zone first and they said they install wiper blades but "can't do it right now." No reason. Just lazy. Came to Advance Auto Parts and they were extremely helpful. Even pointed out wiper blades that were on sale. Great customer service!

The employee I enter-acted with (young African American male) was great. He informed me of a deal that I was not familiar with that provided more benefits that expected.

Needed a battery test and replacement and Miguel was great. Managed customers during a pandemic and was very helpful in resolving my issues with my car battery problem. In less than 20-25 min I was on my way with a new battery for my Scion.

Been having trouble with my battery holding a charge since having my alternator replaced. Service techs were friendly and very helpful. They recommended charging it once more and said if I had any more issues to come back and they'd replace it. After a snap of cold weather, icy roads, and not driving for two days, I had to get a jump from my Roadside Assistance. I drove straight to Advance Auto Parts, explained what had been going on, including my orbits visit for a battery charge, and they immediately replaced it with a brand new one. Even if the issue ends up being not battery related, bit some crazy electrical drain happening... I'm still impressed with the knowledgeable, competent, and friendly service technicians! Plus...#SpeedPerks...amirite?!?😆😍

I went there Sunday and needed some help to locate a fuse on my MDX and today I went there to check the battery on Corolla Junior was very helpful. The best customer service ever 5 star ⭐.

I don't remember the person's name that worked with me but he was extremely helpful and was very patient with my youngest son asking him a lot of questions as he was installing the new battery.
