Great!Service! I drive 1hr with traffic away from my house for this excellent service. I even brought my vehicle from them!

World Toyota on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard....the best Service Center, ever! This is the only place I take my car to for servicing and maintenance. Since 2007...same car...it rides like its brand new! The service managers and technicians are professional tradesmen/women with excellent customer service!

My son had the misfortune of having his tires and rims stolen; he bought his Toyota Camry in South Georgia but moved to Atlanta a while back. World Toyota in Atlanta went ABOVE and BEYOND to get him back on the road. One service representative even went as far as calling on her day off to ensure he had what he needed to get everything just right. My son was made a top priority when World Toyota did not have to. We are very grateful for the dedicated service of these employees. This is one reason my family owns nothing but Toyotas!! Forever grateful!

Customer service was great and the coworking space outside was spacious and allowed me to get some things done in comfort.

I’ve brought my Lexus car twice to this dealership. Both times have been a great experience. My first service was for my coils, Raven was my service tech. My second visit I came back to replace one of my tire sensors and rear axles, and I worked with Sebastian and Criston. Thank you Raven and Sebastian for the great customer service. Thank you so much Criston for working with me so I could afford to get both my services completed on this last visit. It was so, so appreciated and I will be back!

I don't normally go to this Atlanta Toyota location, however, it was closest to me. Plus I only needed a Battery for my car remote. But the guy, in the Parts Department,(didn't get his name😏), was SO NICE, and his Customer Service was EXCELLENT. I just LOVE when people great with their Customer Service skills, especially when just a small something😊.

Purchased my RAV4 at the dealer here which led me to utilize their service center. The RAV4 was covered her first 2 years with the basic warranty, had positive experiences thus far (been just over 2 years and 25k). Staff are friendly and they seem to handle a large volume of service requests simultaneously. I take advantage of their wait area to do work on my laptop or enjoy sitting on the picnic benches outside when the weather is ideal. So far so good. I would recommend their service dept alongside consideration of an extended Toyo Care when you are purchasing your vehicle.

The service dept is very busy, but Shane is a rock star and very professional. He was honest about the time that I would get out with my car. He didnt try to get me to buy so many other things just what I needed and he was honest about what I asked him about. I will definitely ask for him again.

I had my complimentary 6 month service today for my recently purchased Toyota Corolla. Firstly, I received an email about scheduling my appointment, and the online scheduling platform was very easy to use and reschedule. They sent several reminders as well. At the appointment, I was impressed with how friendly and helpful Service Advisor Ryan Napier was. Best of all, the whole servicing (checking tire pressure, refilling fluids, etc.) only took 30 minutes! I was expecting to wait hours. Overall, very happy with this experience.

Christian thank you so much for fixing my cable valve for me, and for replacing the bushing on the gear shifter for FREE for me. Five star service and I will defiantly come back for my other Toyota needs!! Highly recommend this place for anyone with Toyota needs!

My daughter and I had a very pleasant car purchasing experience at World Toyota! Our sales rep was Eric who was beyond professional! Eric was very patient, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. Honestly speaking, I had my defense system in place when I entered the parking lot; I left feeling pleased and I think they were pleased also. We solidified the deal!!

Matthew, my service manager, did a great job explaining what the car needed & what could wait until our next service. We replaced threadbare tires on a 14-yr old car still bearing it original set of tires (Bridgestones that lasted 83K miles) with a new set of all-weather Michelins and changed the oil.

We loved World Toyota's the customer focus, good communication and its' appreciation of "lifetime value" rather than an approach of "selling" high ticket items that are not entirely necessary. We will be back for continuing service thanks to this approach & to Matt's great communications skills!

The service director John Pitera runs an excellent staff! I highly recommend speaking to Dean R. and Adam G. who took great care of me and they truly care about their customers as humans unlike other shops who care about your wallet. I'll come from 30 miles out in Jonesboro because I trust their team that much!

Friendly service associates and quality repairs... I have been there 3 times and had the same 5 star experience.
Update: They are still amazing!

Friendly staff and quick service, bonus is once a month they grill burgers and hotdogs for the customers.

I was just visiting from Wisconsin. My maintenance required light went on. Chris, my service person took me right away. He explained thoroughly what it meant, advising me of future service needs that were coming up. He added an extra service at no charge, explaining all those services. My car was ready sooner than I expected .
