Something was wrong with my phone and went in to have it fixed. They fixed it right away. Had to go back for a different reason and was treated very good and got all the info I needed. Would definitely
recommend this place.

Very kind and willing to help even when I didn't get my phone through them. Andreau (I think you pronounce it Andrew) did an amazing job setting up my phone and explaining what what he was doing. Highly recommend them for any cell phone needs!

Extremely great service. Andreau was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to find us a great deal and sold us exactly what we needed. I live 44 minutes away and drive down to this store for the superior service. I actually switched carriers, but was back in less than a year because I missed the superior service. Saving a few dollars was not worth missing out on great service and the amazing staff at cell only who are only a phone call away. I highly recommend this shop for your tech needs.

Sam spent quite a bit of time, helping me get all information and data transfered from old phone to new phone. His diligence is exceptional and customer service is fantastic. His helper ( don't know her name) was very good for being new. She is going to be very good when she gets fully trained.

I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the area needing support, service and new equipment. A+

Ashley was awesome she charged my phone,smart watch,and even sync my ear buds,,and helped with setting everything up,and make sure I knew how use different things, and navigate basic things to get me started, to which I was very grateful for,would recommend the store to anyone good customer service Ashley is wonderful.

I went into the store to have them help me transfer contacts to a gift iPad and Andreau not only did that but explained some of the other features in a way I was able to understand. Every time I go into this store they are all friendly and are very concerned with customer satisfaction.

Andrew did an awesome job of helping me transfer all of my data from my android to my new iPhone I tried to contact Verizon over the phone multiple times and none of them had any idea on how to do it. Andrew knew immediately what the problem was and how to fix it. He was very helpful!

Sam is super knowledgeable, explains things so that i can understand them and is in general a very nice person. Office is clean and neat and the rest of the staff are extremely pleasant as well. Thanks for all your help Sam!

Andreau was wonderful! He helped me understand how to use my phone without being condescending about it. I asked a lot of stupid questions but he was very patient with me and said if I needed anymore help just let him know and he would accommodate me.

Whenever we go to the Verizon store Sam takes great care in providing the best customer service possible. I've been going to the same store for 10 years because Sam is there, if Sam is off that day I come back when he is working. Andrew and the rest of the crew are great but Sam is my guy!
