My experience with the team at Laramie peak motors was by far the BEST teamwork I’ve ever had with a dealership. I was looking to get into something safe and more affordable for my family and Jim and his team nailed it!! They had a used 2015 ford edge with 94,000 miles on it that I was able to trade my 2019 Dodge Durango on. They met what I needed to get out of the Durango, paperwork went smooth as butter and I got to take it home the same day! They even filled the gas tank up and washed it for me before I took her home! Thanks a million Laramie Peak team!!

I always use Laramie peak motors and most of the time I don’t post my review but when I am very pleased I will post.
The service department has come a long ways in the past year. They really do offer great quality service and friendly people. My pickup service was great the team did a fantastic job cleaning and vacuuming. Looks amazing and it truly exceeded my expectations.
Chuck is a great guy and I know he has been working hard to have the best quality service and sales team in the business, he is accomplishing his goals and I will be a forever customer of Laramie peak motors.

I rarely take the time to write a review but feel the exceptional service, care and professionalism we received must be formally noted. This summer as my family traveled from Washington DC to Yellowstone we broke down and were towed to Laramie peak motors. Making it to our vacation destination looked unlikely, until the empathetic and hard working individuals in the service department worked overtime on a Saturday to get us back on the road. Not only did they work longer hours when they easily could have gone home, they went to extraordinary lengths to acquire a necessary part that we would otherwise have to wait the whole weekend for. Their kindness literally brought me to tears. I have never experienced this kind of dedication to customer service. I will never forget the kind people there.

I walked in to look at used SUVs. The sales representative was knowable about the vehicle. He was not pushy to sell one to me. After a test drive I choose to buy it. The finance service was awesome, 20 minutes later I walked out driving a used car. Two days later I got a call from them see we liked it. Thankyou.

Process of buying my vehicle was made easy and straightforward at Laramie Peak Motors. They were very helpful with all my questions and gave me all the information I needed for completing all the ownership details such as cost estimates on getting the title and license plates. I drove up from Denver to purchase a truck I'd seen online. Jim was great! We were able to figure out most of the details before I made the drive up. He made sure all my questions were answered and even followed up to make sure I was able to get home safe and the truck was doing well. I went to Laramie Peak Motors after I saw how open and honestly they treated my boyfriend when he traded in his Dodge Challenger for a 2019 F-150. Hayden is a great salesman to work with and was never pushy. We returned and I had a great experience buying my 2016 F-150 Pickup at Laramie Peak Motors. They gave me a great deal on my Chevy Colorado and they were super good to work with! Highly Recommended!

From finding me the right vehicle, to pricing it right, to helping secure a great financing rate, to delivering it, AND making sure everything was working right a month AFTER the sale- I was treated like a VIP the whole way. I cannot say enough good things about the entire team at this dealership and believe me- I will go here for ANY vehicle purchase first. They have earned my customer loyalty for life.

First review I have ever left. We rolled into their shop on a day or two before Christmas with -35 degree weather outside and frozen fuel and filters. They were able and willing to get that fixed for us within an hour or so. It was an incredibly nice gesture to do that despite us not being one of their main customers. The price was normal, the experience was great, the people were great, and we were able to continue down the road and reached our destination in time for the holidays. Thank you guys for doing that. You literally saved Christmas for us!

Had vehicle in for alignment,
tire rotation, and some additional front end work. Friendly people, terrific service, and at a fair price. Will continue taking our vehicles to Laramie Peak. Great Job!
