Absolutely the best customer service I have seen in a really really long time. It is the holiday season and the team was really engaged and working and literally every interaction I saw from an employee to a customer was excellent. The employees were so helpful and respectful. I interacted with three different people and they were all very nice, but they were also nice when I observe them helping others out. It was a great experience. I could tell the manager treats her team well because it shines through your customer service. I had to stop the manager to give her the compliment myself, because she really deserved it. I hope and pray that this team has a peaceful holiday season. God bless all of you.

I'm giving 5 stars to Mari. He seems to be my cashier every time that I go in there, the most recent time being today 12/3/23, and he's always very professional, polite and kind. He's definitely an invaluable employee and whatever he's making isn't enough! Thank you Mari for my great service every time that I come in.

Love their clothing line sometimes they have what I need sometimes they don't. They should have more double x large for my husband though. They just have a small selection in shirts.

Hold up! Stop the Presses! I found a great men's winter coat with my name on it. I want to apologize to this for any inconvenience. I purchased a outstanding Michael Kors winter coat. I went back and check the men's coat and found it.

I found more than enough. I had a phenomenal cashier on #5. They only had 2 cashiers at 4 pm

WOW I got me a $300.00 Canadian coat for $79 brand new

A lot of inventory, you can find almost everything here, from clothes to healthy snacks, condiments, home decor, beauty products, higene products, toys, EVERYTHING.

It's no longer a coat factory if this helps but they carry an assortment of home products

I love this place always find good stuff here. Especially last minute baby shower, birthday and wedding gifts.

Love this location the staff is friendly and they always have a lot of good merchandise the only problem is that i’ve been here like six times and somehow they always seem to leave a sensor on one of my items!

Like this store have lot of things at least more then any of the stores in Chicago

Brand new location, clean, neat, a huge selection of clothes, shoes and home goods. Always a bargain when I shop here. I purchased a pair of pants, shorts, a dress, a shirt, a pair of sandals, a sleeveless duster and 2 pictures of art ( I did purchase 2 packs of candy too) all for a little over one hundred dollars. Talk about bargains. I definitely will return asap.

Love Burlington! This time I went to the location on Harlem Ave in Tinley Park - can find so many good deals there (esp items on clearance). Great place to get gifts for family members and friends. Highly recommend!

It was good I didn't have anything in mind just browsing. The items on clearance are good and the everything that is not on clearance is very affordable. I'll go again . Maybe next time I'll shop.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! MANAGER JOHN WAS SO KIND/HELPFUL AND SANDRA & SHARDAY WERE SWEET AND ALL-SMILES! There was another lady, I didn't catch her name but she was very nice to my daughter ( caucasian with short hair :) ).
I would like to say I'm not sure why customers are complaining about the long line when the lines are insanely long in every single store these days! Every business is short-staffed and people should understand this especially during COVID. All the staff greeted my toddler and I, they were all super nice, and were all wearing masks.
I visited 2x in the same week. The first visit John walked with me to the toddler shoes to help me find the size I was looking for which I appreciated! Shortly after that an elderly women fell and bumped her head and John did not leave her side until she left with paramedics. He was very caring and showed true leadership! The 2nd visit I encountered all those lovely ladies and I left with great items! They're opening a new location next week and hope to see the same faces again!
