The staff here is excellent; particularly Ms. Amy Bentley! Not only is she bilingual, she does a great job creating a personal experience for the customer. "Advocate" is her middle name, and these cell phone plans are not a game...to her 🙃🙏😇

ASHLEY WAS AN ANGEL!!! SHE WAS PATIENT, KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EVERYTHING! I switched to Cricket from TMobile and I am glad I did it with Ashley's help. She had had a long day and there was a lot of people pouring in and she was able to help me and multiple families as they entered as well and kept the same awesome customer service with everyone! I would recommend you go to this location if you are looking for great customer service and getting the most out of making Cricket your carrier.

I had a phone emergency, I called to see if they had a particular phone in stock. A very friendly women (Ashley) said "yes", so I said Ill be in. When I got there, Ashley actually had the phone put aside! After that, the change-over process very simple and thorough. Very friendly, knowledgeable and took the extra step to make sure my item was there when I came in. Definitely 5 stars. What could have been a huge problem turned out not to be. Customer service how it should be done!

I've been to this store twice this week and each time Ashley has had difficult customers and handled each incident with great customer service. She needs a raise! I switched from T-Mobile and she made the switch and purchase of my new phone seamless.

Please make sure you retain the amazing and talented Ashley! She has an awesome personable personality, insightful, and is a a tremendous resource for customers. She needs a compensation increase asap!! Without her, there is no Cricket at this location.
