Want to say a special thank you to Karla who has helped me figured out my concerns on more than one occasion. She’s super attentive and extremely easy to work with. Went in to get my new iPhone 14 pro and the manager Steve was super chill. Ali helped me pick out my new case and even put the screen protector on for me. Will definitely be coming back soon to get my kid a phone

Outstanding service. Very warm and welcoming. Gianni White was incredibly accommodating and extremely helpful in setting up my Airpod head phones. She was the only employee managing the store Tuesday evening—answering customer phone calls, working with customers in person and addressing their needs. Additionally, she was very patient and thoughtful while I was explaining about my elderly father's issues with his old cell phone. She told me she'll be able to help me with a better cell phone plan for my dad and asked me to bring his phone in and she'll set him up with a better product that will be right for him. I'll definitely recommend this store to all my friends.

I stopped in today with a few questions and the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely go back with all my cell phone needs! The manager (Steve) said he was new there so I wanted to make sure someone knew what an asset he is to your company!! Thank you!!

I had a great experience at this store upgrading my families phones. The rep who helped us was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. And the manager continuously checked in with us to make sure we were being taken care of well. I truly appreciate the work and diligence that this store put into helping us and making our transaction easy. I would highly recommend this store!

Was in the market possibly for an upgrade the girl that works here I think her name was ally was super helpful and informative. I know nothing about coverage and phone lines but she helped me out there. I would recommend this store. Customer service is better than other places I went to.

Great people , great store!!!! I worked w Gianni and she is one of the coolest humans on the planet! Helped me with upgrading my phone and made the process super super easy. Also had a wonderful conversation while I was in there. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, just make the switch to att!

I love this store... everyone is amazing!!! I had the best service I’ve ever had at an AT&T store. Gianni was so cool and her knowledge of the products was Phenomenal. And, I upgraded my phone to an 12 Pro Max and I got a 2 apple watches BOGO. And, I plan on getting AT&T TV. And, Sarah the manager was Top Notch!!

Sara and Ryan were awesome! They quickly got my wife and I the new 12 pro max iPhone and explained all the promotions and did the upgrades AND gave us a plan that works for us without a bunch of filler and fluff. Trustworthy, fast, kind, easy!

I have to give Antonio from your Mt Hope St store in Rochester FIVE STARS PLUS- He was friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable ,and professional- I was fully prepared to have to explain yet again what was happening (as I had to do with customer service repeatedly) but I did not have to! He knew exactly how to resolve my issue and took care of it in 10 minutes. I will go to him from now on!

I went to Jefferson road and they essentially treated me like a number and couldn’t even help me with the simplest problems and basically did not care so I then went to the authorized retailer at Mount Hope Avenue and worked with Antonio and I’ve never had A better experience with a sales rep then I did with him 10/10 service and will definitely be going there from now on. I worked with Antonio with what I thought was a impossible problem and he managed to help me out with my issue while answering phones still and greeting all customers coming into the store!
