So before coming to the store I noticed I had a $4 coupon that I could use but my phone was acting up so when I got to the store looked around found what I was looking for then told the cashier about the coupon issue i was having so she put in my number but it wasn't coming up so I said never mind that's okay then the cashier says you sure you don't have another number that you could use to get your coupon so I said you can try my old number it could be under that one and it surely was yes got to use my $4 coupon and also my phone number was updated yes I was so grateful for everything and glad we stop in Thank you 🤗

I really EnJOY and appreciate shopping at this CVS for a number of reasons. The "xtra bucks" savings received via email and receipts are very beneficial and phenomenal. Which can usually be applied to my PRINTED PHOTOS that I get here regularly. As a retiree this means a lot. The Mt. Hope CVS is very popular and usually busy due to location, so I'm impressed with "all hands on deck" by Associates to insure in and out incl the "self serve" speedy checkout. Several of the Associates that know me as a regular customer are ALWAYS willing to go above AND beyond to accommodate my needs. Salute, they def make it my "go to store!"

I love the employees at this location! Everybody who works here is super sweet and delivers excellent service, and the pharmacy workers do an absolutely stellar job. I got my flu shot and COVID-19 test both done at this location and although I've always been nervous about medical procedures, the kindness and comfort of the pharmacy staff makes it so much easier for me to do what i need to do with as little hassle as possible.
Aside from that, I generally don't do normal shopping here because it's somewhat pricey, but I do like to take advantage of the good deals and membership programs when I can!

Im gets every months my medication on this pharmacy and the employees are really professional and very nice.

As far as the pharmacy department goes, I don't understand why people complain about having to wait 10-15 mins or sometimes more depending on the day to pick up medications. Granted we live in a world where we want instant gratification but filling meds is life or death, it's more than putting pills in a bottle and slapping on a label. Why is it that people are ok with waiting 45+ mins to be seated at a restaurant or be seen by a doctor but can't wait for their pharmacist to ensure there are not interactions with their medications that may potentially cause them harm. I could never understand this..

I don't understand why people are saying the pharmacist is rude. I got a tooth pulled and I went to get my meds and I was short 2 dollars the pharmacist seen how much pain I was in and told me just take it. He was really sweet and even though I moved from that area I still go to this pharmacy.

The staff is always friendly and ready to help, and the discounts plus extra bucks will keep you coming back. I spent 21$ on 56$ worth of makeup this week. Amazing!

Staff was so helpful and kind 😭😭😭 I lost an item and came here to try to track it, realized I actually left it somewhere else but the lady dealing with me was very kind and assured me it was okay even though I just wasted 30 minutes of her life 😭 10000/10 experience.

Yesterday, December 27, 2020 I wanted to print a picture for someone. It wasn't working for some reason and Stephanie was EXTREMELY helpful. I can not thank her enough for her help getting it done. She is the epitome of customer service. My sincerest thank you. CR

A++ this store is huge, clean and organized, I went in for a red bull and walked from the hospital, cashier's were cleanly dressed and polite and cashed me out with the quickness, thanks for getting me on my way back to the hospital to see my loved one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CVS OVER DOLLAR TREE!!!!!

Don't get the complaints about the pharmacist. He's actually a nice guy and is very knowledgeable. We shouldn't confuse being direct with being rude.

Matt is a chill pharmacist. Hes taken the time to talk to me about OTC meds and supplements, always with a courteous additude. Not sure what the other reviewer is reffering to.

Matt has always been professional and courteous to me. He is a quiet guy but never rude.

Love the new store at the corner of Mt. Hope Ave. and Crittenden Blvd. I also love the new drive-up pharmacy.
