Boldo's Armory

Went in while on vacation to see about some Warhammer stuff. He had a bookshelf and then some of varies boxes. Not specifically what I was looking for but he offered to order anything if he didn't have what I needed. I told him I was out of town so that wouldn't work. I did pick up the newest index cards for space Marines at a great price. I'll update them with the balance changes when I get home.

If you're looking for a game or a place to play one, this is the place to go. I was there to play Flames of War. Warhammer 40k and Magic are staples there as well.

Cheapest prices for tournaments and sealed product in rochester.
They just need to sweep the floors and clean up a bit. Maybe get an airlock for the shop or something.
They should also hire someone to organize cards as everything is just kinda all over the place.
But overall it's an awesome card shop and everyone is super nice. They just need to clean the floors lol

Best place in town for TCGs, miniatures and board games. Always have a lot of fun playing magic and meeting new people. Very chill environment.

I assume they are also great for tabletop games as they almost always have something going on upstairs when I go in.

Prices are reasonable and the staff are incredibly accommodating.

Fair pricing on boosters, boxes and events. Come out for Friday Night Magic sealed or draft! With constructed formats during the week. Great staff and good patrons. This has become a new spot to frequent!

A 'hidden gem' type store for lovers of tabletop games. Very personal service from the owner 'Boldo' who is very knowledgeable about the huge selection he carries.

Awesome place, extremely huge selection. Biggest selection in all of Rochester. Also every last item in the store is 10% off, some even more. Up to date games, including older and rare out of date games as well. Very great group of people willing to help or just have a good conversation with. Very great place for random pick up games. A lot of gaming space, has a 2nd floor gaming area as well.

I have always loved going to this place for my hobby needs. Boldo is always very friendly and helpful. Good deals on items and he can get anything you need if he doesn't have it in store. He is truly passionate about the hobby and is an all around good guy to talk to. I recommend this store to everyone!

Incredible hidden gem. Substantial collection of D&D books, all slightly cheaper than list price. Some really amazing vintage 3.5th edition modules and manuals. Miniatures are mostly warhammer, but they have some gorgeous pre-painted figures behind glass. Sometimes the staff are just hanging out playing one TTRPG or another, makes you feel right at home. Be sure to check out what may be the greatest piece of retail decor I have ever seen hanging on the wall by the counter.

Great prices, knowledge staff, huge variety crammed into a small place. Avoid parking in the lot, there's a bit of a pothole problem.

Boldo's Armory is a better place for games, including tabletop games, trading card games (such as Magic: The Gathering), and miniature-based games (such as Warhammer). This is an old school gaming store in the right ways. Tight spaces walking between some of the shelves and tables; old, loved books mixed with new books; card games; board games.

Went in looking for a few cards I needed to complete my set which they had. Finally left 3 hours later after one of the deepest discussions I've had in over a year. Highly recommended to check out

Lots of great inventory you can't find anywhere the owner wasn't one of those stuck up nerds he talked with me for a long time and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and polite. it's a great shop
