The UPS Store

When moving to Greenville, we had no permanent home right away, and needed a temporary forwarding address while living in hotels and looking for a new home. The UPS Store owner (N.K.) was extremely helpful in setting up a UPS Box (over the phone) and giving us a starting point day-1 when we arrived. N.K. was literally our first friend in town, and our first stopping place on arrival. He runs a great store, always professional and concerned about our customer satisfaction, as are all the staff there. We now just live a mile away, and will continue to use their services. Thanks N.K. and all the store staff !!!

Always come and do my Amazon returns on my lunch break here. Chris is very efficient and Stephen is very friendly, I always get out of there very quickly.

I used this UPS store for three years before I moved to Charleston. Nirav was always so helpful with sending and receiving my (often large) shipments. He and his team are quick and friendly. Thanks for the great service Nirav!

Couldn’t have had a better experience. In the middle of a hectic move, I was in need of printing, notary services, and mailing time sensitive documents. Nirav was fantastic, and he was able to knock out everything incredible quickly, all while coordinating the entire store in the middle of the lunch hour rush.

Will absolutely be back for any future needs.

Out of all of the UPS stores that I have been to, this one is the best. NK, Chris, and Lynn do a great job and are really friendly. Don’t believe all of the other reviews complaining about pricing or the employees being rude. I have been to many UPS stores over the years and have seen multiple customers gets angry because the customer themselves were doing something wrong and didn’t believe the employee when they were corrected. Also, when it comes to prices, people need to understand that these stores are not corporate owned like FedEx and all of the materials like boxes, tape, and stamps are paid for by the franchise owners out of their own pockets to then be resold. Unless I’m out of town, I always try to make a trip to this store for my copy and shipping needs.

The customer service provided by NK during a recent interaction was outstanding. I needed to have an important item shipped to Michigan (from Greenville, SC) and NK guided me throughout the process. He was great on the phone and over email. My package arrived (a day early!) in perfect condition. Thanks for providing such a great experience, NK!

I nervously mailed some inherited pieces of my mothers jewelry to an artist who was making a bracelet to give to my granddaughter. Chris guided me through the safest, quickest transit choices including insurance. It was already after 4pm. I held my breath. The artist received it the following day. And I could exhale. Wow the customer service here is so great. Nirav Gor is the absolute best. He helped my company ship over 50 awards and was so on top of things. He was kind, patient, and organized. He maintained constant communication with my team over the weekend to ensure everything went smoothly. I came back a second day, and he remembered me, had everything I needed, and chatted with me. The staff at this store are wonderful! They are pleasant, professional, and fast workers. I've been using UPS stores for years, but this is the best one I've experienced. Mr. Nirav Gor, the manager, does a very good job. He greets regulars by name, helps with unusual or bulky items, and keeps things running smoothly and quickly. There are often lines, especially around holidays, but he and his staff work very hard to keep things moving. They never seem flustered and I always have confidence what I mail will arrive on time and in one piece. On top of that, Mr. Gor is a kind man. We lost our grown son just before Christmas. I was in the store mailing Christmas gifts, and I guess he could tell I wasn't doing too well. When he asked if he could help, I asked for a hug, and he gave it. He also gave me his card with instructions to call if I ever needed help. God bless the man. He always asks how I'm doing when I come in. He goes above and beyond the "job" to connect as a fellow human being. That is a precious quality.

I appreciate the professional and efficient manner of this UPS Store. Angelica and Chris were helpful, kind and efficient with my MANY returns that I had. The owner is friendly and has good interaction with his customers.

I had such a great customer service experience this week with Nirav. I accidentally shipped a return to a company’s Canadian return center rather than the American one - the shipping was so expensive! Not long after I left, I realized that there was an American return center and that I had shipped to the wrong place. Nirav took the new address by email and helped me to make everything right as well as issued a refund for the extra international cost. It’s going out of one’s way like this to help a customer that makes all the difference, and he saved me a lot of time, stress, and money.
