Big 5 Sporting Goods

I needed insect repellent and it was a last-minute purchase and I didn't want to go into big stores like home Depot or DIY center I just walked in to Big 5 sporting goods they had a package deal bought it that was it every time I need something they always have it in stock but I need a watch or camping goods or a camping chair or a tent they have them their local and I always buy what I need from them, this stuff is super nice and super friendly and helpful.

Very good sporting goods stores. Good organization; good layout, good business philosophy ... take good care of the customer; provide good products selections and train employees to be professional and courteous.

I love shopping at stores that aren't in a mall. Usually pretty good service here.

What I love about Big 5 is their epic sale prices. They bring many items which might otherwise prove monetarily prohibitive into the realm of genuine affordability. Not only that, but the bargains regularly cycle throughout the entire inventory. They are great about returning items, and the Staff are always very accommodating.

Manager Ken went beyond the call of duty for me!! I brought in my son’s mountain bike tire to figure out the tube insert that I bought a week ago. We thought we bought a size too big. Manager Ken took the patience to help me figure out how to install the tube and made it fit perfectly into the tire and around the rim. I’m not a bicyclist fixer. But thank goodness for the exceptional service and guidance from Diana and Ken. And for not “charging” me extra. Customer service at its best. Thanks you two!! 😀

Couldn't be happier this Big5 setup shop here especially considering there isn't another sporting good store within a 20 minute drive!! Having been built recently the store itself is nice inside and doesn't look rundown as some Big5 stores do. Great place for all your basic sporting and outdoor recreational needs. Must admit my favorite thing about Big5 is the money you can save on their amazing weekly deals, sale items and clearance items. Only complaint about this particular Big5 is the terrible parking lot that's cramped with minimal spots. The lot is shared by multiple businesses in the same strip mall which makes finding a spot a little tricky sometimes.

This place always has great deals in everything, spent less than $100 on snow stuff (shoes, pants and goggles) amazing And Jennifer was extremely helpful and quick with helping the long line. Awesome. Keep up the good work.

Every time I have visited this store has always been easy, almost always finding what I need, which is normally footwear. The prices are decent too.

Great deals and discounts. I bought a Speedo bathing suit in december and got it for a great price. I also bought a lock for the gym and it was a fair price. Line is never too long a wait and lots of tennis shoes for good prices.

My experience there was amazing especially getting help by a such a beautiful young white female with a great you could say perfect place for her to work because her body fits right in that sports store she's very fit with nice curves with all respect I say this she is gorgeous

We were in dire need of an air pump for a camping mattress. We worked with two representatives and they were both amazing!!!!!

Happy to report that this place is not beseiged by the Trump Train anymore so it's safe to go on weekends! The trumpville seems to have moved up towards smart and final on foothill blvd.

Big5 is safe to go shop at now although the hours might be reduced due to covid.

Big 5 is always my first stop when I'm looking for camping or outdoor gear. They usually have exactly what I need. And a great bonus is that the prices are very reasonable
