AT&T Store

I went two days ago to get two phones for my daughters for New Year’s. Nicole and Josh were able to upgrade my plan and help me save $50 a month. However, there were some glitches with the phone upgrades. Nicole and Josh spent over two hours trying to fix the problem but they were not able to. Nicole promised that she would work on it the next day and she was able to fix it the next day. She called me to inform me that everything is fixed and the phones are ready.

I gave the phones to my daughters yesterday, and they were very happy. I feel that Nicole and Josh went beyond the call of duty to help me out and make it a happy new year for my daughters. I’m very grateful to both of them :-)

AT&T corporate headquarters should recognize Jaelen for his excellent customer service. He was welcoming when I walked into the store, and took his time to help me. He presented me with multiple options, and I never felt he was pushy or dishonest. Notably, he explained each option very clearly and how each would affect the final monthly bill.

I came in to replace a broken phone and was very pleasantly surprised with the help I received. I worked directly with Nicole who was helpful, kind, quick, everything you want in a rep. Not only Nicole, but the entire staff I interacted with at this store was exceptional. I’ve been to many ATT stores throughout my time with the service and this by far was my best experience. I’m very grateful to everyone for their help and I will be going there for all my ATT service needs despite not living in the area. They do their company a service and I would recommend going to this store. Ask for Nicole when you do.

Excellent customer service by Mario! He is super knowledgeable, patient and kind. Been there multiple times for phone and plan upgrades, he does a great job of explaining and answering all questions and making the process easy.

I was in need of an upgrade after my phone’s screen started giving me issues. Ilyas assessed everything and was able to determine that I was still eligible for a full trade-in credit for my old phone towards a brand new iPhone 14. I was in and out of the store in no time, and all my iCloud info was transferred with no hick-ups! I highly recommend this store, staff is super friendly, professional and super helpful.

I had excellent customer service at the ATT store in La Canada this afternoon and I never leave reviews but the person helping me was so kind and good at their job I felt the need to come here and review his excellent service. I arrived at the store looking to upgrade my iPhone 12 mini to a new iPhone 15. I am not very tech savvy and felt very nervous about understanding the costs involved to upgrade, how much storage I needed, etc. Jaelen, the person working there, explained everything in great detail. He was so patient and repeated things until I understood them. You could clearly see he had helped many people like me before but he was so sweet and friendly. I learned that he was going to school for computer science. He clearly knew everything there was to know about iPhone technology and was very good about explaining it to people who were not as knowledgable. I highly recommend working with Jaelen if you go into the La Canada store. Caring, efficient, and knowledgable!

After struggling with Asurion all day to get my data recovered on my old phone (a service that was supposed to be covered by my insurance) and being told it would cost $125 out of pocket, Jaelen helped me figure out how to unlock my broken phone and gave me tips on how to use a usb mouse to transfer my data. After such frustration he was patient and really went above and beyond to help. Was able to finally recover and transfer the data!

Had an excellent experience with Jaelen at the La Cañada store. He is very knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service.

Jaelen was so patient, knowledgeable and has wonderful customer service! I lost my iPhone and he helped me order another one and once it arrived he even helped me set it up! Thank you for everything!

Kenneth North is an exceptional associate. He spent almost 2 hours working on a problem that was the result of someone else's mistake. He was patient, polite, and respectful. That type of customer service is very rare. Thank you, Kenneth. Great job.

I never thought I would rate AT&T five stars. NEVER. And yet, here I am rating it that due to one employee: Jay (Jaelen). He is BY FAR the best employee I have encountered in the Telecommunications industry: polite, patient, likeable, and willing to do the hard work to solve an issue. Two times I have now come to this store to solve a serious issue and both times he didn't try to deflect me to someone else. You all should promote him to be regional head and bring back jobs to the US instead of outsourcing it to call centers. It is much more personable this way and allows the customer to have a real and tangible experience with the company.

Had a very positive experience at the AT&T store in La Canada. Gil assisted me and was very knowledgeable, helpful, polite and kind. His professionalism and the way he spoke truly made the appointment pleasant. I hope he gets promoted - he was the best AT&T specialist I ever worked with in all my years with AT&T

Ilyas is the BEST! He was so kind and thoughtful. I don’t think I’ve ever had this level of customer service at this store before. I’m so glad he was there when we went in to get my sons phone. He walked us through. All of this set up an answered all of her questions. He made it very enjoyable. ☺

Joe and Mario at La Canadá Flintridge store were exceptional in helping me with my old phone and choosing the right upgrade. They were very patient as they helped transfer the data from my old phone to the new one. Made me feel welcome and as a management consultant I was impressed by their collaboration and cross training. I owe them some coffee and pizza! Excellent work! It was disappointing to see that the iPhone didn't come with extras in the box like it used to. But the service was very good.

My wife and I visited this ATT store to buy new iPhones. Jaelen was our sales rep and we have never had a better phone buying experience. He is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He made the process easy and it was actually fun. Jaelen is so professional, kind, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!!

I recently changed my phone and Jaelen helped me to choose one for my needs. He was very polite and helpful, explained everything in details and answered my questions. I was impressed by his customer service skills and willing to help and leave customers satisfied. Mario helped me with installing my new phone, also very caring and helpful. These two young men make it so easy to keep up with the new technology. I had excellent experience, and I am thankful!

Honestly i was ready to give up on At & T but Gil was awesome and assisted us with our plan and getting us the best deal possible to the point where we are extremely satisifed with our new plan and phones . Thank you Gil you were amazing throughout the whole process and also to store manager Joe :) appreciate you guys will be back on our next upgrades soon !
