I didn’t catch her name, but I noticed this when I got to my car. Thank you to the barista who showed kindness & empathy. Little acts of kindness like this truly makes an impact to those having a rough time. Idk how she knew I needed this but wow what an incredible person. Thank you.

Our family had a nice evening visit before Christmas 2021!! We got each boy his own “steamer”. Two pumpkin spice and three vanilla cream. My wife and I shared a hot coffee as we strolled downtown Montrose!!

Had a great experience here! I was welcomed when I entered, the line moved quickly, and the staff was really nice. The drinks came out correctly and tasted great. There was some care put into it. It was also nice to hear the staff address their regulars to make them feel at home by knowing their order and quick small talk.

Great coffee, excellent service by Liam, and Christina.. Indeed is a pleasure having coffee at Starbucks in Montrose. Place is cleaned and sanitized often..

This Starbucks kills the Coffee Bean across the street. I'm a loyal patron of the Coffee Bean, but they lack what this Starbucks gives in waves...smiles and great service. They make you feel welcome and happy to spend your money at their establishment. I have now switched to Starbucks, at this location anyway. Great job by it's employees.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to! The baristas are always so friendly and my coffee always tastes so good! I love the location of it as it’s right in the middle of downtown Montrose! Highly recommend :)

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location. I visit it frequently, the staff is amazing they work quick and efficient they make sure your drink is made exactly the way you like. It's always clean no matter how busy they are. Great place!!

Great location in downtown Montrose. Very impressed with precautions taken during these covid times. They have hand sanitizer right by the door, no eating inside, the outside tables are sanitized after each use and masks are required. The employees were very helpful & friendly. Kudos to Katrina for her time, patience & suggestions regarding low calorie options. I will definitely go back there.

Had the best experience with Liam now he is the pinnacle of customer service. Great smile welcoming my family soon as we walked inside the store. Keep up the amazing service.

Starbucks on Ocean View and Honolulu is one of my favorites. Great atmosphere and tables outside in Montrose. Great people watching and a very good crew in a busy store.

The Baristas are friendly, the Coffee drinks are excellent & varied & I have recommended this location to my friends.

Nice Starbucks location in the center of the Montrose shopping downtown area. Street parking is metered but there is free 3-hr parking in the lots behind the shops on Honolulu Ave. Google Wifi here is excellent. A decent amount in indoor and outdoor seating can be found here.

Very nice experience. The coffee was made quickly and tasted splendid to me. Had a lot of suger though but that's my fault really

Baristas are SUPER FRIENDLY to breastfeeding moms here. They let me walk around the block before refilling my "free refill" Gold benefit, which means I feed my baby, caffienate, walk him to sleep, and come back to refill my house brew andbuy cookies for my big boy. Also, not usually as crowded as the CB&TL, which is a boon.

This Location is in the Heart of Montrose and is always perfect spot for a Coffee, meeting and socializing. I definitely recommend this Starbuck's year round. During the Holidays, Come visit Santa and the Tree Lighting Ceremony for the city of Montrose.

it's a very busy place crowded. And they were taking a long time to make drinks. Still good service.

Great service and really good food; barista Eric was very efficient and ran everything with military precision. 🙂 I love the log cabin/ski lodge vibe.

Very friendly staff...made my experience at this Starbucks far better than most other Starbucks.
