AT&T Store

Phenomenal experience at this location. They were very quick and efficient with helping me transfer my data over from my IPhone 13 to the 15. Andres helped me and explained everything in great detail to help me understand my upgrade. The manager came over to ask me if I needed any help as well, I believe his name was Christian. Overall I was very happy and will continue to go to this store in the future!!

I was in a rush to process a trade for an upgrade and visited this store. This is one of two stores, with the correct information, that I visited in the area. If you need to upgrade a line, trade in a phone, and probably anything else, go here or Glades & 441.

5 star service at this store. Was greeted by Steven who spent nearly 3 hours upgrading my phone, installing all apps, and setting up my Samsung wallet before I left the store. The patience and customer service with this young man was refreshing, and appreciated beyond words. Thank you Steven. Your a tremendous asset to this store.

Me and my elderly mother came to this store because we were paying a lot at Verizon for my line and my mothers. I worked with Evan and Stacey and they were so kind and patient in helping us come to att and get on their 55+ plan. I highly recommend seeing them if you go.

Had a great experience with an in-store representative by the name of Mack. He was extremely helpful and most importantly very professional. I think my visit was the quickest in history.
After telling him the issues I was having with my phone, he knew exactly what additional questions to ask and address the problem immediately.

I would HIGHLY recommend this ATT store on Linton in Delray Beach. Lisbet greeted me at the door and helped me the 2 days I came in with the purchase of 2 I-Phones and accessories. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and soooooo friendly. I will always come back here because of the bond she forms with the customers and the fact that she goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied and understand everything you need to know. The service that Johnny from store 0113 was great. He is extremely knowledgeable, well spoken, very courteous & was so much more helpful than the person(s) We spoke with at another store. My only complaint is that the screen protector is not sticking to the phones surface. I am very confident that when we go back tomorrow to turn in my old phone and get the 2nd one activated, he will resolve it for us. Johnny is an asset to AT&T & he made what could have been a tedious process into a enjoyable experience! Juan C. At the Linton/Delray location was awesome! He helped me set up my new phone, apply the screen protector & pick out a phone case (as well as a deal on a free wireless charger). He also showed me how to set up my lifetime warranty. Juan was professional and friendly. Great experience.

Stopped into get new cell phone service. The best experience ever. In fact I enjoyed it I have applied to work here. Clean store. Very friendly team. The latest and greatest phones and gadgets. If you have question they will answer them. All about building the relationship and not just slamming products at you. Great job AT&T!!!

Juan Camilo is an ANGEL! I’m still in shock that he was able to get a week’s worth of having no network connection to the outside world and daily hourly plus chats with customer service that never went anywhere FIXED in 15 minutes! What a wonderful employee. Whatever you’re paying him, it’s not enough!

Excellent knowledgeable and incredibly friendly people. Evan helped with my phone and new service I would recommend him to anyone looking to get new AT&T service. The store on Okeechobee in west palm beach can’t compare with the store in Delray Beach is the most polite way to put it.

At started at 09:45 am trying to installed service over the phone, after one hour 45 minutes I was told I had to come to store to provide identification due to security alert on my credit.. I got extremely frustrated ..I came to Linton store in Delray Beach and luckily I got to great representative Evan and Manager Leonora.. who assisted me with EVERYTHING from getting the service package I wanted to setting up my E-Mail account.. they both noticed my frustration that went above and beyond their duties.. I walked out of the store happy and impressed with the customer service they provided.. Excellent employees that NOT all South Fla has. Strongly recommend if you need any help see Evan. Thank you 😊

Excellent Customer service is difficult to come by. This At&T store delivered. While on vacation, we needed service. The team was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and most important, respected and valued our time. Thank you for making our experience positive !
