I had a positive experience at the Spinx support center. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I was impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the front lady, Lexi I believe was her name. She was incredibly responsive and attentive, consistently checking up on me while I waited to speak with someone. Lexi's professionalism and kindness made my visit a pleasant one. It's clear that the support center values its customers and provides excellent service.

I’m a regular customer in a spinx in South Carolina in Piedmont, every year for the last two years they have sold me their cancer awareness month T- shirts. Now all of the sudden a co manager that works there told an employee not to sell away that it was only exclusive to the employees only, and I was a very upset customer because I was willing to pay for the price of the shirt to proudly wear another shirt from your company to advertise it and also promote what is important and near and dear to my head because of two members in my own family who have battled with this disease. And how this is a very big problem to me only because they all of the sudden decided to stop that I believe was wrong of them to all of the sudden not sell it when I was going to pay for merchandise that would have brought more profits to your business then loss or loss in costumers that want to come by more to purchase what is to their liking without having a problem and I am a customer and I want that shirt because firstly the Customer is always right and for you guys to suddenly stop selling those shirts because you say no and didn’t do that the last two years and had no problem

****Update based on the response from Spinx below: The information in the response is inaccurate and misleading, I didn't receive any additional emails since the initial email by the claim department requesting a repair estimate! As I explained in my review, the claims department and specifically Ashley Hare the claims supervisor is the cause for this issue so I'm not surprised if she is not being honest about the communication emails! Dafanatly not the best candidate for such a job and to represent a big corporation such as Spinx! She said that she was going to send me more information during our last phone call but that didn't happen! Spinx should correct the issue and address the problem if they are concerned about their customers and repetition instead of responding with nonsense without doing the proper investigation***
Worst customer service ever! My vehicle got damaged during a car wash, it took the car wash manager on duty along with the other employee more than 10 minutes to get the vehicle unstuck by jumping the rail multiple times until the vehicle was finally free! The manager on duty was very nice and apologized for the damages to my vehicle, completed a damage claim, and advised me to take the vehicle to a shop to check the cost of the visual damages to the rims, windshield, and windshield wipers along with any possible undercarriage damages. Next day I received a call from the claims department at Spinx asking for cost estimate to repair the vehicle and I notified the claims specialist with what happened and that I took the vehicle to the shop as it is not safe to drive! No contact or responses to my calls or emails for more than 10 days with no vehicle to drive! Finally, I received a letter stating that they denied my claim as they don't see any issues with their car wash based on the daily logs and there cameras which they can't provide a copy to support the denial! No further information or response or justification to the denial! I tried for three days numerous times a day to call and I got the cold shoulder from the Spinx employees until I finally got in touch with Ashley Hare the claims supervisor for Spinx and let me tell you she is by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful person in this company! Basically she told me that she dosen't care about the damages to my vehicle, that I was more than 10 days without a vehicle, didn't want to pay the diagnostic fee, nor did she care to offer an apology for the inconvenience to me or to my kids that was riding in the car scared and traumatized from that incident. To top it off, I asked Ashley to email me photos or a video of the incident along with justification to why they will not cover the damages to be surprised with more attitude claiming that she is the highest supervisor in this office and she will not give me the contact to the higher person than she hung up the phone! By the way, I have been a customer with the Spinx car wish since they opened this service. I thought Spinx moto is to provide safe and professional services... Ashley is the complete opposite of that! I am sure Spinx may lose more customers and may get in legal congregations because of Ashley Hare! Let's see if Spinx will correct this problem or if they will support the unprofessional act of their claims supervisor!

This was the worst visit I have ever had. I ordered food and was told they did not have that item. We tried another item and again told they did not have that item as well. So we waited for the corn dogs and fries for my children. Two family fries and two corn dogs. All items cold. The fries were absolutely awful, they tasted like paper. Not worth 20 minutes for cold food. They had no catsup as well. We watched one girl trying to do all the orders while they other lady was on her phone. This was in plain view of the customers. Even if she was on her break it made it appear that she was ignoring the customers and making it look like she would not help with the orders. This is absolutely horrible. I like to think of spinx as a decent company. I hope for a better experience the next visit. Do better Spinx. You are one of the more popular stations to stop at.

I enrolled in the car was monthly program. They charged me and I have been unable to go through the car wash. I tried to call corporate because the clerk at the store said there is nothing that they can do. The message for customer service is unintelligible and won't let you leave a message. It gives another number,.but you cannot decipher the number because the voice message is so distorted. What a bunch of bull!
