Lowe's super clean, very well organized and situated! Every time I go in there they always have what I need at the best prices. It's never overpacked with people. Much better than Home Depot in my opinion where you can shop in peace, not with a thousand of people around you 24/7

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but my experience at this Lowe’s earned one. I enjoy woodworking and making things, though I am definitely an amateur. I prepaid for my order to pickup since I had a knee injury and couldn’t walk around the store. However, I needed a piece of 4’x4’ cut to certain dimensions. The guy at the pickup counter was very helpful, and then went out to get me a flatbed cart for my wood to go get it cut. I made my way over to the cutting station, and was intercepted by a Lowe’s employee who offered me a place to sit while he called for someone to operate the saw, and even provided me a bottle of water. The guy who came to grab my wood took a minute to look over my dimensions and accurately cut down my pieces so I could finish my project. I only needed straight cuts, but he was confident in being able to get me multiple cuts at specific inches. I wish I could’ve gotten their names, because this experience was exactly what I had hoped for. I had a Very different experience at a competing home improvement store, so I was very relieved and impressed at the quality of care I received at Lowe’s. The competitor may be closer as far as driving distance, but I will now go out of my way to Lowe’s anytime I need hardware and home improvement supplies.

I am new to build and work with tools, I found good customer service there.

Friendly Staff and very helpful,we were able to locate everything we needed for a home project. Surprisingly, a male type of project, we received help from a young girl. Very impressive that she knew just what we needed to do our project. Thanks for asking.

It was very good and nice guy but driver when I will tell u becarfoul my refergeratwt not hit wall no damage his tell me my back it was damage but other guy his pilite

I purchased two large bamboo fencing units that needed to be loaded into my car. The first guy told me it couldn't be done and look confused, as to why I thought it could be done. Then thankfully, I got help from Cesar (Outside Garden)
, who had that positive, determined look and sure enough, he loaded both items in my car. Where there's a will, there's a way, because if everyone just gave up, think of what the world would be. He went 150% and I truly appreciate the effort. I LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS, THANK YOU LOWES!!!

I had a good experience ordering an appliance from this Lowes. Actually, the range I ordered took longer than expected, but Reginald -- the sales associate in the appliances section -- was able to re-order it for me, and he got me a discount too! So, Reginald -- along with Israel (in the returns department) proved themselves to be great people, and very
honorable emoloyees. I can't say enough good things about this Lowes, and all of the people that work here. It's no Home Depot -- you'll actually find help here, and get a friendly response.

I especially like the prices on their appliances -- very competitive, and they back up what they sell. They'll take it back if it's not right, or get you another if it's wrong size, doesn't come in as promised, etc. Top recommendation here for sure!

Lowe's has top quality help in the paint department all my questions were answered and i left happy with a paint purchase! Large DeWalt display. I left a similar store for not helping me in the paint department I'm glad I stopped by.

This is how Lows appreciate their customers by giving out free hot dog. When you go to Home Depot they don't even have any employees in the aisles to help you. That's the difference

I like this store for garden necessities. I’m asked if I need assistance and staff are helpful. This store has all the home improvement needs, I walk throughout the store and it’s always clean. There seasonal items are cool too.

Similar to Home Depot, but the ambiance is much more friendly and and inviting. Great product selection and friendly customer service. I came back for a hand held vacuum, but sadly they were not in stock.

Excellent and unique selection of indoor/outdoor plants. Very well cared for...

Not sure who to call/reach out to but I want to leave a genuine review for the employee Jackie/Jacky. I asked 2 other associates & to be honest I was having a hard time finding the item myself. But this young lady went above & beyond to help me look for it. Initially I spoke with her on the phone on the Customer Service line & so I want to include that as well as her being courteous & demonstrated excellent customers service experience on taking company calls. If she hadn’t helped me, I was probably never going to find it & so this is who I want to see more of representing a company or leading a team. A person that will walk with you & help you find it especially if you mentioned that you tried & had trouble finding it. Hope to see more of these qualities & character traits amongst the staff.

Good customer service and return policy.

Always a less crowded far cleaner and better stocked home improvement store. Never have self checkout working. Always only one register open. Update 7/27/2023 Everything is the same however they have a great open box selection near the appliances. Good prices.

Huge shout out to the helpful staff I encountered while here. I live in Hollywood so I normally got to the home depot there. But their customer service there was / is just not great at all.

Special mention to Ian in Plumbing who took on my issue / needs head on, and spent tons of time locking down a solution. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be coming back here when I need more items and / or help.
