Love this best buy even though I only do pick up orders but usually every time I go there is hardly a line and it's fast.. so very good

The guys at Best Buy are very friendly and knowledgeable! I had to visit 3 stations. The first station was to get help with my phone. Then I went to the TV station and got some helpful information on the TV model I am interested in. And lastly, I needed help in the Home Wfi station. They gave me helpful information on how the models work answer money saving tips.

I visited this Best Buy about a week ago. I had never been to this Burbank location. Located inside a large mall where there is plenty of free parking, you find this quite large blue Best Buy building. If you're looking for something in particular this is where you will find it. I came on this day to pick up a video game for PC. The Staff was helpful and took the time to explain to me that I wasn't getting an actual hard copy on dvd of the game I wanted but instead getting a game code that unlocks the download and play mode from the Blizzard Site. It took 2 days to download but turned out well and was worth the hassle. I'd come back to this Best Buy again. Highly recommended.

I found the battery I was looking for here and the employee were pretty helpful. I came to this Best Buy location after checking on their website that they had the battery I wanted in stock. I tried another Best Buy location and they didn't have it. The parking at this Best Buy is great, alot of spaces and roomy. I wore my mask inside and it looked like everyone wore theirs as well. I asked an employee working the camera area where the battery location was and he directed me to the tablet area. I was able to find the battery I wanted and was out within like 3 minutes.

The Fisher House is gorgeous and their staff are so amazing and caring. I was invited to their Tea Party on November 19. This was my first social event. They were honoring the caregivers of our vets. I had to bring my husband with me because I am unable leave him alone for the time I was going to be gone. The tea turned into a lovely luncheon and unexpected gift bags were given to us. I was so taken by the staff. Thank you Sandra for making me feel so comfortable. It meant so much to me. We sat at a table by ourselves. As we attend different events, I hope we are able to sit with other guests. I am looking forward to the Holiday Party.

The Burbank Best Buy has a great selection of appliances and knowledgeable sales people. Everything was still on sale for Black Friday, so we saved a lot. We needed a new refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Best Buy offers 0% financing for 2 years if you get their credit card, which we did. We're very happy with our purchases!

No hassel to get a reward of 15% off a purchase when I turned in mh old router plus the matched an Amazon price on a new one. Sales cashier was very helpful.

Ordered online. Walked in, took a few minutes, they helped me with the 65" OLED TV. It fit in my van with a little adjustment of a few things I really need to take out of the van.

One issue. I ordered the wall mount, said it was in stock but they said they couldn't find one. Told me that item was cancelled and I'd get a refund, never happened. But some other guy walks up and picks up the mount, it was standing right next to the door of the stock room where the pickup stuff is. I was told that I would have to buy it, because the one I paid for was refunded. No biggie but I still haven't got my cash back.

Best buy for large TVs. My last 86" came from this store. Sales assistants are very helpful and knowledgeable. Polite, not pushy at all.

Sooooo....I purchased the Fuiji Instax Evo Camera from the Best Buy in Burbank. Everyone I spoke to in the store was very helpful. Especially the gentleman that works, I think in the returns window. He was very informative and handsome. He checked me out so I didn't have to wait in the line. Will definitely very going back to purchase more items. Thank you guys! 😊

I've been shopping at this Beat Buy for over than 15 years, in which I have found that the employees at this location have always given there best efforts when it matters most!! They are very eager to help with any questions/concerns you may possibly have, and they do a great job of making sure they are well staffed in order to meet any demands that may arise at any moment. They are well stocked when it comes to their inventory of items and also are very well experienced in orchestrating and executing a solid sale during the holidays and occasions such as Black Friday. It's also conviently located in a shopping center that also has a Costco, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Jamba Juice, Panda Express, ,Chase, Starbucks, T-Mobile, Party City, and a few more stores. There's plenty of parking for everyone including wheelchair accessible individuals, and all the store entrances are also accessible for everybody as well. I would highly recommend this location for all those looking to have a smooth shopping experience at any of these stores, especially Best Buy of course!!!!!
