The Home Depot

They actually have customer service at Home Depot. Seems like that’s a thing of the past. And they have enough employees there to help you. They have an amazing selection of storage containers, their cardboard boxes for shipping and Movie are fantastic better than U-HAUL or Lowe’s. And their prices are very competitive, but the quality is a five star. I ship to my place in Oregon regularly and those boxes hold up the other ones turned to balls from the other two stores. I of course I love Milwaukee tools. And they have them there. We’ve purchased all our lumber for our redo in our kitchen and again I say their customer service is good. I’ve got lots of parking. And great hours.

Home Depot always there for me. They literally got everything you need because of Home Depot. Lots of people have a business. They have great stuff and you can build a house from zero. The price is recently raised but it’s fine they are not too greedy. I understand the market and I really appreciate that we have business like this Lowes for example are very expensive and they have the same stuff. Ace Hardware are nice too but Home Depot is the winner. Also if you need some helpers, they always wait outside. They have everything inside the store barbecues cleaning product painting product literally everything.

This Hime Depot is always clean and well managed. The staff are friendly and helpful. We come here so much because it’s a dog friendly environment. The staff are always nice to our Rhodesian Ridgeback and make us feel welcome. Always a good selection in the Garden section.

We picked up patio chairs today at Home Depot but found only three on the display floor. Even after much searching, we were unable to find the elusive fourth chair. That’s when Tara saved the day! She tracked down the chair (which had just arrived in the warehouse) and had it delivered to the front door. Great customer service — and a big thank you to Tara for her help!

I was at the Hime Depot in Burbank looking for some fences, and I found Eldy & asked for his help. First he answered my questions in detail, then he helped me choose the best product based on my needs, and at the end he cut the wood for me based on the sizes that I needed.

They have a great system similar to Amazon for picking up online orders. I was in and out without having to reach out to anyone for assistance. I also really love how you can find out exactly where an item is in the store before heading out. I love it when things are done in a very efficient manner. Kudos to HD.

We received helpful guidance from an employee, were very impressed with the big selection of LED lights, and quick checkout!

I must admit I think the selection here is better than Lowes. I needed a basic medicine cabinet to replace my existing one and I found a fair few of identical dimensions. Signing up for the store card brought the price down to 8 bucks! (Sign up bonus). Lots of easy parking. Lots of appealing seasonal items to browse as well.

Great store for a variety of seasonal plants and potted Christmas trees. I was lucky to get a 2 gallon blue-green Italian Stone Pine 2 years ago right after Christmas, and I kept it on my balcony and recently planted outdoors (on my pics.) They are beautiful and hardy, very nice quality here. This December they sell them in two sizes - 2/1.5 gallons and small 6.5” Italian Stone Pines. The bigger pines sold out too quickly, I got the only one left on December 16, then came back for a smaller one for the office.
Garden department Cashier Andrea made buying the pines easy and pleasant for me both times. She is personable and cares for the customers and plants.

Great service, found everything I needed without difficulty, several staff checked if I needed anything or had questions. Can't speak highly enough about this place.

Always good to shop at home depot, it's where you find all your needs, and everyone is ready to help.

I wish to share how Tim in the Plumbing department saved me hours and hours of work. I am re-doing the galvanized corroded pipe to copper. I had an issue with this soft ½ copper that is older than me. I was stuck. I was going to cut it and sweat a connection on. I stopped to ask advice. I am glad I did. Tim was there to help me with the connections and told me a much better way to do them. I had other connection problems that he found solutions to that will help me tremendously. I met Solomon the Manger. Right away he thanked me for coming to his store. I said “Tim is the reason why I am here.” I really needed the advice.

I am a very happy customer of Home Depot.

First time that I rented a truck to transport pavers. Home Depot trucks are excellent. I was sure surprised on the quality of those trucks. I will be renting them again. Excellent guys at the rental desk at the Burbank location on Flower Street.

Needed to cut a few keys, so I asked directions from a cashier, who immediately paged for assistance in the intended aisle. I walked there, and before I could even select my key design, an employee showed up to operate the machine. WELL DONE HOME DEPOT! Your staffing appears to be generous, and customer service has greatly improved. Thank you!

Great place for any home improvement. It may take a bit longer than usual to get the things you may need but if you know what you need, it's the go to place.

Brother and I looked around, Brother went to the Garden area, i bought Safer to kill Bugs, Safe Dogs, Cats, and Humans, You can walk on the powder.
It is a lot of a mess i wouldn't buy again.

One of the best places that you may find almost everything you need to fix or improve your house.

SO MUCH BETTER THAN LOWE'S. You actually get people who know how to do the work because many are/were contractors. LOWE'S personnel know less about things than the average do-it-yourselfer.

They did not have the Bentley Chandelier that I was looking for even though the guy that help us said that they had 3 showing in their computer system it everyone was very helpful

Love this store. Just happened to pass by Home Depot when my bicycle crank arm fell off the bike. Brought the bike inside and tightened the hex nut which keeps it into place. Back on the roads within 10 minutes.

I got to say every time I go to Home Depot and ask for help I get it. Much appreciation to all the people who said yes and help me out this time with and help put it in my car. It was the tile guys and the manager. so thank you to everyone at Home Depot who says yes it is helpful. High in particular are very appreciative that thank you.
