Hoffman cleaned my wall to wall carpet & did an excellent job. I decided to have them clean & do minor repairs to my 115 year old Oriental rug. I could not be happier with the results, the carpet looks fantastic. I have had this carpet cleaned before but they are far the best!

They do a great job. Did all the carpets and stairs in the house on 3/11/24 and got out all the stains. John, the technician, did a great job. He has provided the service on several occasions and is always prompt, efficient and thorough.

John came in and did a great job! he explained everything in great detail, did not try to recommend getting things done that i didnt need. And did a terrific job cleaning all 5 of my rooms/carpets. The rooms are spotless and smelling brand new. I could not be happier!!! Definitely will be using their services again in the future.

I hired Hoffman to clean an 8x10 area rug that was in desperate need of some TLC. Our rug was looking pretty rough, and had stains from kids and pets. Hoffman was very communicative from the start and prompt to pick up my rug. The customer service was excellent, and I’m happy to say that my rug looks brand new! They did a very thorough deep clean and I am so pleased with the results. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend these guys!

I had stubborn high traffic areas on my carpets that I thought would never come clean but John knew exactly how to battle these areas to get them clean.

Had the pleasure of having John over this afternoon to clean my couch. He was very knowledgeable on the subject and was able to inform us that we needed a dry cleaning instead of a wet cleaning since our couch is acrylic, linen and polyester. He was able to complete the job in about an hour all while having a great conversation. I booked a cleaning appointment and John showed up promptly at the scheduled time. John reviewed the job before we started and worked quickly through 3 rooms and a staircase.
Once complete John walked us through the rooms and provided tips about how the carpets will dry.
John cleaned up after himself and you wouldn't know he was here other than the clean carpets!

We booked with them to clean the carpet of our new house before we move in and they did an excellent job! We at first just requested cleaning of only our living room but because they did such a good job we ended up having them cleaning the entire house's carpet. Great service with a great value!

John was our carpet and sectional cleaner today at my daughter’s home in Troy. I received a phone call for a heads up that he was going to be there in 20 minutes time. I was there prior to him pulling up and we went over everything he needed to clean. He was very professional and understood that my daughter’s dog was very nervous and shaking and he really did not want to do the room that she was laying down in so he advised we were just close the door and let it go and he didn’t want her to see him up and around there ..she would not come downstairs with me so we left that room untouched. He was very sensitive to her needs and I really appreciated that..I will never hesitate to hire Hoffmans because they have been around for a very long time and are very reputable..you should request John to do your cleaning

We hired Hoffmans to clean a rug we inherited from my parents. I hardly recognized it when I went to pick it up as it looked new, quite happy with the results. Very professional, very friendly. John was on time and did an amazing job cleaning the carpet on the stairs down to our finished basement and that carpet. Also our family room. Price was reasonable and the job was completed in a minimum amount of time and the carpets weren’t soaked and dried quickly.
