The UPS Store

The UPS associates made the returning of items to Amazon flawless and so easy. They whole process took less than a minute to return two packages. The associates were professional and respectful.

I visited to drop off a handful of Amazon returns from Christmas. The two girls working tonight 01/25/2024 were so helpful walking me through amazons policies to ensure i get my full return value back - with packaging most specifically- Both girls were patient with me as there were other customers in line behind me and it was the end of the night. They were sure to service the other customers, and when i was ready got me set up! In total it was a breeze to get my returns settled & i will definitely be back with any of my shipping needs in the future!

Just had the most wonderful experience making an Amazon return. I didn’t realize my return required me to print the label ahead of time, until I had arrived at the store. Figured I would just buy my packing tape and head home to print it before making the trip back. Kyleen mentioned they could print the label in the store for a nominal fee and went above and beyond with setting up my package and assisting me with my return. From what I gathered, the other team members were just as helpful with the many guests that were in there at that time too. Thank you for being so helpful and kind - I went from being disappointed with myself at the thought of having to make another trip, to being wowed with excellent customer service. I appreciate it, Kyleen!

I don't usually go to UPS store but when I do have to return packagesir this experience this trip was an excellent trip I was in and out in 5 fivee minutes or less I have one package and nothing was questioned or everything was pleasant Visit and I will suggest other people to go to UPS store and take care of the packages to be sent out or return causes carefree it's no problem and very courteously courtesy people working there attitude and everything was not like they were doing me a favor they were actually doing their job for once not like when you go to Walmart and they don't know whose department is what or an everybody's confused this was a very pleasant experience.

Store clerk helped me with a free Amazon return, within a few short days, I had my refund. Amazing staff!!!

Stopped in on my way to a job interview, flustered because I'd forgotten to bring printed copies of my resume. They not only printed my resume immediately, but kindly and calmly walked me through a tech issue with my phone and wished me good luck on the way out the door. Great customer service!

I was working on a quote for a printing request and there was some confusion as to what exactly I was quoted for in the very beginning. When the price went up as we were finalizing everything I was surprised. It was determined that I was originally quoted for a different (lesser quality) paper.
Stephanie knew that I didn't have a good feeling about this situation that I and felt like I was being taken (which I wasn't - it was just a miscommunication). She contacted me and immediately honored the lower price out of courtesy. It was significantly lower!
That was the best customer focused move I have ever been a recipient of and we will be return clients because of this service.
The prints we had made came out beautifully as well. Excellent color and clarity on 3' x 4' prints. Thanks to all of you.

Friendly staff! Very easy to work with and always make you feel valued. They have been having trouble with one of their computers which makes the wait time longer. I hope that computer gets fixed soon. Many people were walking out because of this. I hope people understand they can only go so fast.

I went in for a simple drop off and to send out 3 packages. The gentleman behind the counter, Ed, was very friendly and inviting. There was also a UPS driver picking up packages and kindly waited till Ed was finished with my shipment to make sure it got on his truck before he left.

For such a quick and easy visit this guy had a good impact on me. It's nice to see people are still friendly during the holiday season.

Fast service, the people are friendly and helpful

Just dropped off an Amazon package that I couldn't disassemble and two young men at The UPS store were nice enough to figure out a way to get it in the box without me having to pay anything extra. Highly recommend!

Unbelievably great. Had a problem at another UPS store, so I came to the Huntley location. They got me in and out quicker than the other store could tell me "Im not sure we can help you." Was seriously out in 2 mins. Great service.

Went in this morning and it was very busy. However the young man behind the counter handled it well. He was also very helpful.

I consistently have a great experience at this UPS store, they are fast, helpful and always pleasant! I come here often to use all of their services.
