AT&T Store

Outstanding customer care and assistance, largely due to our interaction with staff namely Esme Espinoza we elected changing cell carriers and joining AT&T.
Esme gave us answers to our questions and there were no smoke and mirror acts when we inquired about rate plans. Esme conveyed patience and understanding in helping my wife and I.
She is without a doubt a quality employee providing first class customer service in a world where customer service has become a thing of the past.

Dan and Esme were so helpful! They were much better than the Algonquin store. They explained everything thoroughly, and were easy to talk to. The Interactions with associates at Algonquin were unpleasant. They had zero people skills and attitudes. I would never go back there.

When I came into the store and was greeted by a super nice young woman. I came in because I had a phone issue. The young lady was able to fix it and even give me a really good deal on a new phone! I would recommend working with Esme Espinoza!

Dan Johnson, the manager took care of my locked phone, that Algonquin location said it was not something they do. The Huntley store is by far the epitome of superb customer service. When one store says they can't help. You just go to another. All future issues or questions will be handled at Huntley store and by Dan, if he is available. GREAT JOB!!!

Esme was very helpful. She was able to help us to configure a number of thinfs on our phones. She explained everything well, was patient and had a good sense of humor.

Jeff Johnson was awesome as a sales rep. I came in and he had a line of 3 customers working by himself. When it was my turn, he still took care of me after closing time. It was great customer service and much appreciated because of my busy schedule!
