Car pick up was easier and quicker than fast-food. Pleasant staff. An hour later, I had to return the proprietary ink cartridges because of my error. Refund issued. Bought the correct stuff and saved $10 dollars. Once, again pleasant staff.

they have in stock what the store advertise on line. You're greeted when you first come in to the store. And very knowledgeable on the product the store sells.

Office Depot has an extensive inventory of products to choose from, and the employee I met in the copy department (Jessica) was friendly and helpful!

They had EVERYTHING I needed to set up my home office and the gentleman who helped me with my monitors and printer purchase was terrific and knowledgeable. I also am loving the slim clamp on desk/monitor lamp I could only find on Amazon! Don't go to Target go here! Also picked up some paper towels and listerine

You can have on line shopping! There is nothing like shopping where you get your questions answered on the spot and returns are a breeze. All done in a few minutes. Found everything I needed. Two associates helped me load my purchase into their shopping cart and opened the door for me. I was having a painful arthritis day with my hands. I am grateful for this act of kindness. This was at the Colma, California Store.

Chelsea was a huge help. Internet was down and she used the hot spot on my phone to send a file for printing. She was very knowledgeable and was able to get my time sensitive job completed today.

I was looking for a package of padded mailing envelopes for a reasonable price. Everywhere else I looked (Target, Safeway, etc.) charged an arm and a leg for individual envelopes. I was able to get a package of 10 for less than $10. Can't beat that!

I had to scan and send some information that was time sensitive. The service I received from the lady (apologies) at the printing/service facility was exceptional. She helped guide me through the self-serve scanning process when I ran into problems and helped trouble shoot on a few items. I came in multiple times and she was always helpful and really thought of various ways to do things. Thank you. I will come to this Office Depot from now on.

Tucked away into this small mini-shopping mall is a small Office Depot/OfficeMax (OD/OM) store. This is one of the few remaining brick/mortar OD/OM stores left in the SF Bay Area that can still provide office supplies. This place deserves your support, given that other office supply stores (e.g., Staples) are shuttering and besides providing basic or newer office supplies (e.g., printers), OD/OM can still provide old-school or legacy office supplies (e.g., landline phone equipment) at reasonable prices that you won't find elsewhere in the SF Bay Area. So, stop by and give this store a try because you might find what you're looking for at this store.
