The UPS Store

Paddy Olofindayo, gave outstanding and world class customer service on Dec 19 & Dec 30th,2023. At #5646 in Dallas, GA! Paddy was the only person servicing customers and did a wonderful job navigating throw the long line! He really helped me with notary services and I got my loan approved! When I went Back into the store on December 30th I told him so! As I had to drop off a package! Paddy was awesome!

I go here for my Amazon returns. The store is always crowded but the lines move pretty fast. Almost all of them are easy to work with. There's an older dude there that's always difficult to deal with. I don't know his deal. Could be "grumpy old man" syndrome. I will note that he wasn't his usual difficulty and grumpy self when I had my husband with me. Might be a little bit of misogyny. I try to avoid him.

I could not get my resume to upload to the store so I can make copies. I want to say thank you so much Torsheka ... She really helped me and wouldn't give up until this mission was complete . Thank you so much 🙏

Toby was extremely patient and understanding in helping me with shipping items for my business! He did everything in his power to assist me until my transaction was complete! Thanks UPS!

Toby was very helpful with handling an Amazon return I had today. I never really return anything and there was a bit of trouble with processing the return because of the way Amazon delivered it and the return process it has in place. Basically, I had to leave momentarily and come back after trying to get my product properly ready for return. Regardless, Toby clearly and professionally explained everything to me and offered advice/assistance every step of the way. Thank you.

I've used this ups store many times. They are friendly, helpful and efficient.

I have been here many times and they do their job efficiently. It does get busy during peak times.

Staff was very nice here,I went in and line was long. They asked to help reduce line if you don't need receipt, just drop package up front. I say yes to that, no waiting yea!!!

I was assisted by Toby at the Nathan Dean UPS in Dallas, Georgia for time sensitive documentation which needed to be notarized.
Toby went above and beyond expectation handling my order with curtousy and patience.
I will choose this particular location again for my business needs not only because of the convience the store offers but the awesome customer service the store provided me.

I called so many other places for printing a large size document and was given no assistance. I reached out to this UPS store and Paddy was informative and immediately confirmed he could help me with printing the large size document. I came in the store and he immediately provided options for printing paper and additional sizes available. I am pleased with the finished printed product. I'm also grateful for the exceptional and professional service I received today.

I lost my tracking number and the company that it was sent to state they couldn't find it. I called the store and Paddy went above and beyond to help me find the tracking number from a package that was sent on 1/26. Absolutely amazing

I have been going to this store for almost four years to handle all my shipping, printing, and notarising. It is not an exaggeration to say that my business would not be possible without the staff of this UPS store. Of course, it is nice that they're the fastest and the friendliest folks out there, but even if they weren't, I'd still go there as they are my one-stop-shop for making every business deliverable a reality.

I like and recommend going to this location! They were able to help quickly with services I was looking for without having to wait for so long, like some other UPS stores.

I always use this UPS store/location for my personal and business related transactions on multiple services. Have always had nothing but positive interactions! The young lady Alyssa as most are VERY helpful and kind during these crazy times. I’m not sure I could handle the community under the circumstances we the people are going through as well as they do/are!

I was in town visiting and needed assistance with shipping and Paddy and his team were super helpful in getting everything sorted efficiently and effectively. Highly recommend this UPS location and to support a locally owned small business!

Excellent service. I was able to get information on the phone before going. When I arrived the store was very busy but everything went smoothly and quickly and the staff was very friendly. I was able to use this location for my DECAL fingerprinting for school. It was very quick and easy.

I can not say enough for the staff here!! Mrs. Martha and her employees went over and beyond to help me with my wedding invitations!! I was blown away by her patience and loving attitude. She invited me to sit in the back while we figured things out and made me feel as if she had all day for me. She even helped me create an invitation that was completely different than the original plan, that for many reasons just wasn't working out, and they turned out better than I could have imagined. She even met me after hours to deliver them to me because she knew what a hard time I had been having and that I needed to get them in the mail. I will continue to use them for ALL of my print and mailing needs. She was simply AMAZING to work with!!!!!!!

I came in to get fingerprinted today and the poor lady had a line out the door. Despite the unfortunate circumstances I was greeted with a smile and a great attitude. Alyssa was so sweet to me and treated me like I was her friend. Thank you for the great service!

Hands down the best place to do small business with (shipping, printing, consultations, notary, etc). I have been doing business there for a few years and have referred numerous others. You will always be treated like family. Great people with great morals and ethics!
