This is a very friendly and professional place to shop for all your wireless needs. My whole family uses this location Adam is awesome to deal with very curtious and friendly. I was the last of my family to swap service and he handled all my needs. From canceling my service with the other people to making sure I had all my apps on my new phone. Very good place to shop with.

hands down the BEST METRO store around, I've been coming here for the past 6 years and always had the best service, I'm pushing 90 years old and phones are not easy for me, yet Adam goes beyond and over helping me getting it done, love coming here and will not go anywhere else.

The employee who helped us was extremely helpful and nice, more than expected. He helped us get our new phones and transferred all our information from our old phones to the new ones. He helped us save some money which we appreciated and answered all our questions. We were very happy with the experience.

I have been to this location several times and each time I was given excellent customer service. Adam was the one that helped my aunt who was visiting from New York, and was able to help her switch her service to Metro with no problems. The store was clean and had many phones and accessories in stock. My sons have also come to this location and were very satisfied. I would recommend this location over all the other ones in tbis area. I will definitely continue doing business here.

This is by far one of my favorite metro locations. Adam is the absolute best and is so knowledgeable not only on the phones but the accounts as well. I randomly decided to upgrade my phone and he was SO helpful when it came to all my questions and setting up my phone. I will definitely come back and continue to business with this metro location!!

Adam(Store Manager) did his thing as always. I was in a few weeks ago when I broke my phone and was in and out in 5 minutes just in time for my interview. Me and my husband went in to look into getting new phones. Adam greeted us as soon as we walked in and treated us like we've known him for years. He knows about the products and can answer any question you have. He is great!! I will be back anytime i need something.

I received the best customer service ever here! Adam assisted me with choosing a new phone and service. He was so patient a courteous through the whole process. I was with a different carrier and helped me through the process. I recommend this locatipn greatly for anyone who chooses MetroPCS.

Adam is the best around. I drive from an hour away, despite several locations being incredibly more convenient , just to have his convienance. I've had MetoPCS for several years and at times hated it due to the customer service in-store ....but once I was recommended this location a few years ago, I have been nothing but satisfied. He goes above and beyond every.single.time.

Adam is absolutely amazing! I had some pictures that are very dear to my heart that all of the sudden were gone I couldn't find them anywhere in my phone and he did! What he did for me was save the memories that I need so bad! I can never repay him!
