Michael and Steven were great help with my issues of my battery. Steven helped me so much and Michael did too. They both greeted me and made sure I was good when I left. Told me to have a blessed day and night. My battery was dead in my SUV and it is just a rough time for our family and those two guys were so kind to me. I will be coming back to see these guys for anything car related in my case a SUV. Thank you O’Reily’s for good hard workers. Please don’t let these nice guys go.

These guys were on point. I came in for wipers for my wife's vehicle. After I made my purchase the manager practically stopped me from exiting before informing me on the rebates for money back… Awesome job with customer service. They go the extra mile.

Tyriek is friendly and awesome! Stopped by after bad service at NAPA and he jumped right in and helped me get the CORRECT wiper blades and changed them in the rain. Give that man a raise!!

The clerks are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their parts are good aftermarket parts, and high end up performance parts. If they don't have it in stock, you can usually get it delivered from their Hub the same day, if not the next day. I think the delivery times are noon and 5pm, unless it's a holiday, or weather permitting. The tool rental program has some very good tools, and they're clean and taken care of. Unlike another (orange) parts store that uses cheap tools that make you work way too hard to use a tool that's supposed to make your job easier. You can also recycle motor oil and filters here, free of charge!

Friendly staff but I really miss the last manager! Keith is a great example of what customer service is all about! Most employees are superb in knowledge and are extremely helpful.

Had to return wrong parts that where numbered wrong in the system.
Manager had no problems refunding me 100 % even though 90% of the parts from the kit where installed on my customers car. The other 10% was for another motor configuration.

I will go back. They know where items are and are pleasant people
