Went in today and wasn't greeted... Which happens. But what happened next amazed me. The lady who came in after me was greeted and not only that told about the sales happening (10% off the whole store, kinda good to know) and then personally shown the best deals. When she checked out she was given a bag of samples as well. I was not. My experience like many other times has been cold, rushed, and unhelpful. I have been back four times looking for a specific color that they still dont have in. And the app and website aren't working! When I asked for something comparable they were no help. A couple months ago I was shopping last minute (about 20n minutes to close) the manager yelled through the store asking me for my number to verify my account. I have been shopping for years there. But am going to look into a new location even though this is two minutes from my house. They also need to update their times on here... They are closed sunday! I have made the mistake of going there twice on a Sunday cause it says they are open.

Me and my mother went in on Saturday. There was an employee who acted like she hated her job. Was extremely rude. We asked for assistance in finding product since it’s a new location. Her response was “it’s over there on the wall” pointed and turned away. Okay thanks... while also checking out at the register she was incredibly rude. Also obviously a new employee. I sure hope it was just a bad day and not a permanent attitude.

Online they have posted that they are open on Sundays until 4 PM. They’re not open on Sundays, Cosmo Prof you need to change this in your Google account.
