Can’t write enough good things! I saw the cutest bodysuit on Rover Oaks Instagram and messaged the account about it. Not only did they help me with the size, they sent the invoice over and made shipment so incredibly easy. It came super fast and was free shipping. Icing on the cake, the cutest little “thank you” card handwritten. I’ve had nothing but a smile on while working with these people. They truly care about there customers and offer great products at a competitive price. Super happy with my entire experience!

I e been a customer since the store was in north Columbus at it’s original location, but it’s totally worth a trip downtown now that they’ve relocated. Such a variety of the cutest most unique pieces, the store is always clean, friendly staff; the owner gives as excellent customer service as the staff. The quality of the clothes is great, and the pricing is very reasonable! The location is perfect bc it’s downtown but just off broadway so parking isn’t a hassle, plus there’s a lot of food places and a nail salon close by so it’s perfect for a girls day. I also love being able to shop online if I don’t feel like going out. Definitely one of the best boutiques Columbus has to offer for sure and I highly recommend everyone checking them out.

River Oak Is always my first go-to if I’m in the mood for some online shopping, or am in Columbus! The clothes are high quality and LAST, my orders always ship quick with a personal touch! Exactly the kind of quality + care you expect when shopping at a boutique. All the stars.

My sister and I were looking for a dress for an upcoming photoshoot I was doing for her. Let me preface this by saying she does not like dresses at all so it was very hard to find something for her. We had already been to 3 different stores which had very little selection. She was honestly ready to quit, when we walked up to River Oak Boutique they had already closed. The girl working saw us and opened back specifically for us! There was a GREAT selection to choose from, and my sister’s face lit up FOR A DRESS so we were all pleasantly surprised! They were awesome!

I ordered a shirt online from River Oak and received it within just a few days! It was packaged super cute, fits TTS, and is great quality. It's nice to know a cute outfit is only a click away when I need one.

The first time I visited this location I was immediately in awe. This boutique is outstanding gorgeous and trendy. When I walked into the store I honestly felt like I was shopping in one of those scenes from a movie. I felt empowered, pretty, and welcomed. I was shopping in particular for a trip that my future husband and myself were going on to Houston, and I got more than I was looking for. Emma, the owner, immediately started to assist me, not only for items to wear but for things to do when I got there! The pure kindness and positive energy that I received was more than enough to have me go out and tell all of my friends and customers about her shop!

We love this store! It is what Columbus needs. A beautiful boutique with an owner and staff team who love what they do, and it shows. The store is always clean and current on trends. And to make it even better, she has small shops within her store supporting the local community. Not to mention she hosts vendor events to help out small businesses locally also. Emma is a dream!

Emma is so helpful! When I went in one time to shop I was the only person there and we ended up chatting for an hour!! She is so personable and made me feel like a superstar in a leopard skirt that I tried on. Definitely a go-to boutique in Columbus!

Cute clothes and awesome prices!! I assumed it was an expensive boutique with clothes that wouldnt fit me, but to my surprise prices are reasonable and the clothes were not just for skinny, young girls. I don't think I saw anything over $50. I bought a cute gingham dress. The young lady that worked there was super friendly. Will definitely be going back to shop again.

I love how fast and kind the employees are! I called and needed something asap but wasn’t in town. They shipped it for free that day and I got it two days later and just in time for my event! Plus all their stuff is so cute and appropriately priced!

River Oak Boutique has amazing quality, the service is top notch, and the dress I bought for my maternity shoot was to die for! It was the perfect addition to my shoot, and I love it so much that even though I’m not pregnant anymore, I refuse to part with it 😍

I am currently deployed overseas and was browsing the web and came across River Oak Boutique--Although all the merchandises looks appealing but what caught my eye was this beautiful black and white with red tassels hound bone scarf. So I purchase it --however, once it arrived-- not only was I pleased with the quality of the scarf--- but how miraculous it was wrap with a personal touch of a handwritten thank you note. I definitely will shop online there again.
