Had a great experience visiting Home Depot on Saturday night! We had quite a few pieces of wood that needed to be cut and Ethan assisted us and was very friendly and helpful! 🙂

One of the best places to get the home kitchen remodel. I'm remodeling my Kitchen and the cleaning room between the Garage. Custom pocket doors will be installed. Converging doors with a 36" opening and one pocket door 36 opening. All custom made work. It's coming along well. This is just one of the great places to buy supplies. They will special order for you also. I'm getting closer to sanding drywall and painting. I'm thinking about colors that in trend with a new kitchen.

Home Depot this year is the year where you wanna get your flowers plants everything that has to do with garden is the only place that you're gonna find at a price that is reasonable all the other main stores like Home Depot Don have nothing but high prices Home Depot has all the good prices I have the experience this year because I bought flowers for my garden I spent money on my garden don't go to the other ones not even to the W because they have only high prices they did not get a good contract Home Depot got all the good contract I am saying the truth melief me if not tested for yourself go ahead Home Depot has the best prizes in all Paso Texas

I had the opportunity to visit Home Depot on a busy Saturday afternoon, and I was pleasantly surprised by the ease with which I could navigate the store. The customer service department went above and beyond to assist me, particularly Helen, who was exceptionally helpful in facilitating a card verification when I realized I had left my wallet behind. The overall organization and upkeep was good.

So glad we have a Home Depot in Horizon City now! Definitely helps our company cut cost and save on mileage and travel to further distant Home Depots.

This location always has what I'm looking for. What I like about this location is you can have other Home Depot deliver all the online stuff purchased as a main location in 3 days or less.

I have had 3 or 4 curbside picks ups from this location in the last month and I am very impressed with the service. Not only are all my items picked but delievery to the park spot is very fast. Great Job Team keep up the good work.

plumbing items are so expensive!! Corporate greed?

Got a nice double sided cooler. Even got an extra 10% off. I originally went to purchase a $4 drain plate for my shower but the customer service was so good and their was value in the deal so I ended up getting a cooler too. Last week I bought a grill. My next purchase will be outdoor furniture. I always go to the same guy. He's good he always gets me right. Somewhere in that is a lesson for a new sales person. Talk to people be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and you've got a customer for life.

My mother is a 74 year old lady and recently left her wallet outside on a cart at the Home Depot. She was very upset and I (her daughter) called the store, it was Sunday about 5 pm about 2 weeks ago, and the young lady whom answered the phone informed me they had the wallet. My mother was able to get her wallet back and NOTHING was missing. The young lady from customer service informed her a store associate that gathers carts outside found it. My mother was very appreciative and tried offering a cash reward to the associate who found it and also tried getting a name. They informed her it was not necessary. Since my mother was by herself she did not obtain names. I would therefore commend all the employees at this store - Home Depot El Paso at Montwood. My mother was out paying her bills and had credit cards and cash. Her hard earned cash. Thank you for your honesty and hard work. This store has always been my favorite and from now on my go to store. I have always recommended this store to everyone. Thank you!!!

I went to Home Depot to inquire about a French door for my dinning area to the patio area. The one I really liked was discontinued. The person working in the door area told me he could build me one and got on the computer and actually did build me one. It came out better than I expected, and better than the one that was discontinued. During my visit the associate was not only professional but had such a great sense of humor. My experience was great and I received exactly what I was looking for.

The women in flooring were very knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly.
