Got my PS5 set up for pick up that day, they said it'd be an hour, they had it ready in about 10 minutes after I placed it. We headed over, went in, very easy and streamlined process you just need your ID with the person who's name is on the order and they bring it out to you. I love that Best Buy works with Klarna! It made the whole experience of getting a new gaming console, next-gen of all things, very simple, fast, and fun. Made me feel like a kid again, and just in time for the holidays!

I've felt like at home. Their service never disappoints. The personnel had patience and paid attention to all customers' questions and needs, and they always asked any customer if they needed assistance. Perhaps this should be implemented in other big name stores.

I don't always get stuff from best buy, but when I do, it's always a pelasant experience.

I usually order the catfish and fries or coleslaw. The fish is always fresh and crunchy. The coleslaw is excellent. The menu is varied and extensive. Sushi is also available. Their service is fast and always friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We decided to take the upgrade plunge and purchase a new Chromebook. The young lady (wish I could remember her name) whom helped us was absolutely thee best in customer service! Also...I truly appreciate the excellent greeting when entering and acknowledgment when leaving. I hope you always provide the excellent customer service!

Clean store with helpful employees who offer assistance but aren't overbearing. The store was also well stocked(I've been to other store where the shelves are pretty empty). I went in looking for a washer dryer and received recommendations, comparison of payment options, and honest feedback on what the company has to offer. Would definitely recommend this location

The best experience with regards to installations. Everyone here stepped up to make this a great experience for me and my vehicles. The sales associates who made sure I had the right radio, speakers, kits, cameras and for getting me signed up for Total Tech. I am very greatful to management for their support and Derrick the installer who took lemons and made lemonade! I am beyond pleased...and highly recommend you come visit this store and get the Total Tech plan and experience what I have! I would give you guys 10 stars if I could.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. I never felt pressured by the sales personnel and they will be honest and informed about their recommendations. I return to this store time and time again because they treat me well. I have bought of thousands of dollars of stuff from them (55” oled tv, computer parts, sound system, Bose headphones, wiring etc). I have also had great experiences with their installers, return/exchange staff, and their online ordering process. I also appreciate their great financing options (I like 0% interest deals!)

Went to get a stove for my mother. David was very patient with my mother and all her questions and very knowledgeable. Made her very comfortable and happy that he could communicate easily with her in both English and Spanish. Very respectful and just made that process very pleasant. Recently we bought a printer, on 03/14/2023, it was a Canon brand; bad, terrible should I said, purchase. It printed only 30-40 with the oem cartridges. We spent 199+tax!!! What a ridiculous brand. Will just go back to Brother. Thank God for Best Buy and theirs employees, they refunded me everything, even the extended warranty I bought!!! It was on a card but so, we always buy with them. Shame on Canon, terrible experience.
