SALE! SALE! SALE! If you’re looking for quality product, organize store, at a discount, this is the place to be. I never liked going inside JCPenney, the store was usually empty, no one to help you and no one shopping. This store is the opposite, it even has good music. I highly recommend this store.

Store was clean and in order. Not many employees on the floor. Children's dressing room was clean and in order. Cashiers were fast and professional. I would recommend this store.

1st visit since like 5 years.
JcPenny still is one of the best department stores here in El Paso Tx.

I went to pick an order via curb side pick up and it was a pleasant experience, there were no other customers waiting so I received my order promptly!

I absolutely love shopping at JCP! They always have THE BEST Back To School Sales and they offer the best coupons for returning customers!

One of the few Penney's stores remaining, this place is always busy. My wife loves shopping here because of the high quality clothing they offer and the deals. Today we scored an $80 Easter dress for my wife marked down to $50, and a $27 polo for me on sale for $20. Plus my wife had a 30% off coupon for using her Penney's credit card so the $100+ in clothes ended up costing us $50! Friendly staff, quality clothing, great deals - what's not to love!?!? Highly recommended.

I'm from out of town and went in for a last minute outfit for a wedding and was assisted by a kind lady that worked there and helped put something together for me. The cashier was super kind and assisted me with my coupon. Great to know there are still amazing people willing to go above and beyond ❤ Thank you!

I really enjoy shopping at this location. Love Sephora! Customer service is amazing. The place I'll never go to is their Salon Services. About a month ago I made an appointment and my stylists didn't show up. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Awesome! Ms Martha in the jewelry dept was really patient and helped me with my little girls gift. And Arlene at Sephora is awesome! Very customer service oriented and patient explaining her products without hesitation. You Rock!!! My daughter was happy with her gifts.

Best customer service ever! Had issues returning a pair of shoes back to the store but their employee named Rafael in order pickup went above and beyond to help us out was extremely friendly and attentive :) I hope when his employee evaluation comes up he gets high marks for awesome customer service thank you so much Rafael

I had a huge mixup! I originally bought 3 pairs of boots, and one didn’t fit correctly so I took it to exchange for a bigger size. They had to re order them online, But I put them in the wrong box so I got the wrong pair of boots. My fault! But when I went to get the right pair, Sal from the mattress department helped me and he was SO nice!! I’m very glad to have met him and I hope his employers know how great of an employee he is! Absolutely perfect! I will be back.

The ladies at Sephora were wonderful. They helped me find the right shade of makeup becuz the one I usually get was out of stock.

I enjoy visiting this store. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is set up in a way that makes your visit exciting and comfortable. They constantly have great sales going on, as well. 😁
