AT&T Store

Denise was an amazing consultant! She informed me off all the specials and discounts, especially AARP, that helped me wthr my activation fee and ACP. She had me set with a new line in no time! I highly advise anyone looking for a new phone and line to ask for Denise, and she'll get you all set. She's bilingual as well.

I walked into this Montwood store and was greeted by Otto upon entering. Otto was friendly, helpful, patient, and soooo understanding. I really appreciated his help, even though my needs took longer than usual. All the staff was friendly but Otto was a ROCKSTAR!

Fernie Gonzalez and Elsa Chavez were extremely helpful during stressing situation when picking up phone I had ordered online. They were calm and provided solutions and continued to try to help!

I highly recommend Otto. He was very insightful, patient, and understanding. He took the time to answer my questions and gave me a lot of good feedback.

My wife and I went to the AT&T store in El Paso, TX to preorder iPhones 15, the store was crowded, there was several customers ahead of us. However, once our turn came up, the preordering process was quick and smooth. AT&T representative was very courteous and efficient. I’m very pleased with their service.

The only thing I would warn others is that if your spouse is the main one on the account, you’ll have to bring them in to be able to change account stuff, like get a new phone, pay balance, etc.
We live really close so it wasn’t a problem, but I can imagine it being frustrating for others.

First of all, Fernie was AMAZING. I come from Verizon and he immediately let me know of my benefits as a service member! He got me everything i needed in a timely manner & definitely had the patience! Customer service was impeccable!

Fernie Nieto Jr was the only person after multiple attempts and at least 29 hours with customer service, Junior was able to fix the problem with visual voicemail. It was frustrating to spend so much time and not have the problem fixed. So I am very pleased with Junior's tech savvy knowledge..

Otto Fierra was extremely welcoming in assisting us with our new iPhone purchase. He walked us through the process in transferring the information to the new phone. He was very pleasant and through in explaining the plan we purchased. Excellent ATT customer service!!!!!

I went in twice over the last week. The first was for help with a phone upgrade. I had such great assistance from Fernie Gonzalez that I verified he’d be in before going back today to add a line. This is the standard of customer service.

Going to a cellular store is usually a pain, but he made my experience quick and pleasant. You are doing a great Chris! Thank you for all your help!

Came in to get quotes and inquire about their services. I was assisted by Chris & Selene. I hadn’t had such great customer service in a long time and they definitely went above and beyond. Please ask for Chris or Selene! They’re awesome!!! Best store in El Paso!
