The store on Pendleton Street has new staff, good crew. The only complaint is they put out way too many boxes on and under the tables than before. It’s difficult to dig through them. Your ministry has transformed many lives, God bless you!

Quality people! Many items in less than perfect condition can easily be refinished and brought back to excellent condition. Remember some of the “old” furniture is much higher quality than current particle board construction. It just needs a knowledgeable touch . And don’t forget to look through the books. Excellent older collections, especially textbooks. We love dropping in on these folks. Once again, quality people!

I have enjoyed the times I have spent thrifting at Home with a Heart! The staff has been nothing but helpful in my experience, and they go above and beyond to help you find what you're looking for. I look forward to my next visit.

My husband and I stopped by there randomly recently and wound up finding the perfect sofa for our livingroom. Very good shape and reasonably priced. They've got lots of nice furniture there to check out, so if you're looking for that it's definitely the place to go. My only complaint at all was that it was difficult to look at other non-furniture items because most of it was in mixed boxes on tables outside. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience!

This place has a huge turn over. You never know what you will find here. They are constantly filled with used household items, furniture, lamps, framed pictures. It is a second hand store. Most furniture is in fairly good condition. We enjoy visiting the store because there is always something new to find. Items are not priced; Brad will tell you what the prices are if you want something. They will also pick up appliances from your house, running or not. Good place to go to search for treasures...

Way too overpriced for things that aren’t given to them for free. They wanted five dollars for five forks and a couple of spoons. I usually get a pretty good deal over there but the person that got working at right now is gouging prices up.

Extremely disappointed at the disrespect the worker on Pendleton street has for his customers. I’m not sure of his name, Alan or something but each time I’ve been in he has acted overly rude to people asking for prices. He quotes extremely high prices for donated items and if someone passes he treats them like trash. I love what this organization does and the concept of this thrift store is fun to get to dig for treasures but you definitely need to rethink talking with your workers about the way they speak to their customers and not charging more than what I can buy new. I hate leaving a bad review but I was appalled at his lack of respect and when the customer walked out he continued to talk bad about the customer to other customers.

I bought a couch 2 days ago and my truck driver stood me up. I was going to donate my old ones and git to thinking it said free pickup so they could bring my couch then. There is no way to get touch with the one on pendleton st. In easley. So I called the only number on there. It is a regular phone so no texting. I finally git some one frim another store to answer email. Lol he said you have to talk to store you bought at. Well duh how am I suppose to without getting in car and driving back up there. If I didn't like the couch so much I would just ask for money back. Inwont buy anything else there.

Do not shop here. They over price items that you pick just so they can look them up on eBay. The same way there looking up baseball cards that they have hidden behind the desk. SCAM

I thought the Goodwill was bad. This makes the goodwill look better. This is all donated stuff. Yet they put prices on it like it's gold. They put stuff out here that should be thrown in the trash and it's obvious it's garbage that it shouldn't even be sold. I saw a man asking them for a price on an adapter that you plug in the wall so you can have extra plugins it was blackened used and beat up and he told them in $15. Are you kidding me right now? This is the last thrift store in the world you should shop at. I'll definitely never go here again

Store was junky, smelled bad, NOTHING marked. When I politely
asked at checkout why nothing was marked, the man rudely sniped at me, "I don't have time for that and if you want to do it I will give you your item for free" I paid for a small glass bowl that was over priced to begin with, almost didn't buy it. I understand the store is trying to earn money for a good cause and I support that. Doesn't mean you don't have to be professional. And nothing good will come from rude staff. I wouldn't go back.

I paid for some items with my debit card hours later somehow fraudulent purchases were made to my bank. Just happened August 5 2022. Just in case DON'T give them your card to purchase things at the thrift store in easley sc pay in CASH only. Possible fraud. Bank investigation possible police filing charges.
