Loved working with Samuel! He was extremely helpful, so kind, and worked hard to answer all my questions. If he didn't know the answer himself he made sure to find someone to ask and get the answer for me. He also made sure to tell me about all the deals they had going on right now which made my husbands Christmas gift 10x better. He not only has a new phone now he also has new Samsung buds, a case, charger box and screen protector to go with it. I can't thank Samuel enough for the wonderful customer service and making my Christmas shopping so easy! Y'all go see him!

ANGELINA O!!!! Deserves a ZILLION STARS. She goes above and beyond her duties of excellence unstoppable customer service. I was having a bad day and she honestly stayed a zillion professional making sure she answered all questions and concerns with my services. Please corporate and owner do not hesitate to pay raise her, even with patiently being a team leader with other employees so that other customers were satisfied! Well rounded employee!!!!

Samuel was AMAZING! I received my new S24+ and took it to the store. He helped me with EVERYTHING from transferring data, connecting my watch, and took care of the trade in. My wife and I purchased two Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phones at this location yesterday. Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced at this location! The employees that helped us out were very friendly and knowledgeable about the product! Thanks guys!

Peyton was wonderful to work with. I only went in to get my screen protector fixed. I walked out with my Apple Watch upgraded and traded in a previous Apple Watch I had for credit on my account.

Samuel Young helped us after everyone else was saying they could not do what we needed. He stuck with us and got the job done! He had a positive attitude and was the most helpful AT&T service person we have ever had. We appreciate him so much!

Angelina Ochoa was my representative. She was so kind and helped me out with major issues with phone. When I get replacement I will be back for her to transfer and get me back on track. Very knowledgeable. She explained make sure claims filed etc then take sim card out put in my other phone to make sure I had service for calls she deserves a 10 plus.

I have been with y’all for almost 3 years and never knew of your discounts & family bundles (especially for healthcare workers, as myself). Peyton patiently answered all of our questions, was very nice, and most importantly had a positive attitude with a smile on his face!
