Fast service, Alex did an amazing job, got me in and out, got me exactly what I needed, honestly one of the better stores I’ve been too!, their service is unmatched compared to other locations i tried to go to before I went to them.

Fast and informative service. The best location in Delray. I called ahead of time asking if they could help set up a new phone. Mark and Marco were very helpful. They answered all of my questions and the service only took a few minutes. I was very happy and grateful for their assistance.

Had a wonderful experience today porting over our phone service to AT&T. Marco, our rep, was a 12 out of 10 with great customer friendly care and EXTREMELY helpful in answering any of our questions or concerns. He is quite an asset to the store and we appreciate all he helped us with today. Carl, another rep, was also helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in showing us some phone options as well. We also met and spoke with Adeel, the manager who assisted us with a question of ours. I have to say today was the first time I have ever actually enjoyed a phone store experience and plan on telling everyone I know this is the store to go to for all their phone needs!! Not sure if AT&T has a store referral bonus system or not but would be great if so. Thanks for all your time today guys!!

I won't go to another store. These guys helped me save money on several lines switching to a business account and they always look out for me when we break or loose a device. They don't push me out the door with a number to call. If I need to make an insurance claim they walk me through it. If it's cheaper to upgrade then pay a deductible they explain that. I never leave with any outstanding problems.

I came to this location and spoke with John R because he was able to use Samsung pay because i waiting on a new debit card and my phone bill was do. Unlike the 1st location n delray beach on federal told me they could do Samsung pay .

These guys are the greatest. Every issue resolved with a smile. As an older guy, I’m not as tech savvy as the teenagers, but they’re always ready, willing, and able to help. They even help my 94 year old aunt when she’s having iPhone issues with patience and respect. Highly recommend!!!

Phenomenal customer service by Adeel and Carl. These guys were great from start to finish. Very quick straight to the point and highly knowledgeable with AT&T services, perks, and promotions. They helped me save 25% on my AT&T phone. Today I left their store feeling happy and confident. Thank you guys!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I chose this location because of it's high rating and I was not disappointed. Mark was patient, responsive, efficient and went above and beyond to help me. I would and will highly recommend them and they have reinforced my loyalty! Way to go AT&T

Walked in today and was immediately greeted and helped by John Rosa - Retail Sales Associate.
Me and my elderly father needed some help with restoring a wireless account. John was incredibly patient and kind, and clearly explained every step of the way on recovering a closed account and setting up a new one immediately. He went above and beyond in contacting corporate to insure we could recover the old number swiftly. He got us quickly on our way with a great temporary plan and new phone without day. Highly recommend John and sincerely appreciate his help

Adeel & Carl excellent! Professional, Knowledgeable & Personable. I originally went to Delray Sq. ATT Authorized dealer. They were terrible over the phone & not much better in person! Glad I walked out & came to this store near Trader Joe’s on Linton. Great service! Very happy with my new phone & saved considerably on my plan by canceling Comcast / Xfinity! Many thanks to Adeel & Carl!

I walked in today and had absolutely amazing experience with Carl. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product that they sell. He also helped me to transfer all the information to my new phone. Very friendly staff, no lines, will go there again for sure.

Carl and Adeel are absolutely terrific I’ve never had such a comfortable and easy experience in any other AT&T Store I’ve been to. These guys are patient kind and also very knowledgeable and understand highly recommended coming to this store!

On the other hand, I first went to the location at 520 Linton. The “manager” Lenore was the rudest person I have ever met. She told me that as long as I can make and receive calls she couldn’t help me. She probably wouldn’t even benefit from customer service training. Had no insight into her own behavior.

I can't say I've been to a better AT&T store these guys are super knowledgeable and cool. They found a way to take all the info off my old broken phone and put it on the new one I bought when no one else could. 10/10 !!!!

Carl and Adeel are the most Knowledgeable at&t representatives I have ever come across they trouble shooted my phone free of charge gave me lessons in how to use the phone and the new features and they treated us with so much kindness and respect. I highly recommend this store 10 out of 10 !!!!!
