Always love my experience and purchases from Fleet Feet. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful with fitting. Also, love the inserts they put in that are appropriate for your type of arch. The selection is good and the prices are the same as anywhere else . Several times a year they do have good sales.

Such a nice experience, me and my husband went in the location from Delray Beach , Ethan approaches us in a nice and friendly manner, he explained me all the proces from taking the measurements / scan for my new running shoes 👟… All the process so easy and after that he show me the options that I have , I picked one of the running shoe and I was so so happy . Highly recommend this

Hands down, if you need athletic sneakers for any activity, Fleet Feet Delray is the place to go. The staff and service is great. They use the latest technology to accurately measure your foot and find you the perfect shoes for the intended activity you are doing. If for some reason you’re not happy with your shoes, they have a 60 day return policy. The store has athletic clothing and various items including a variety of specialty socks to keep you comfortable in your new shoes. I have referred at least 4 people here and they were very impressed as well. Lastly, you can help the less fortunate by donating your old sneakers. So you get a one of a kind, authentic shopping experience with a large selection of accessories and you can help someone in need. Win win for me. ❤

I went on vacations to South Miami Beach and took a 2 hours train just to go to this store and it was so worth it! I loved the whole experience, the scans were explained very detailed, it’s my first marathon so I asked a million questions and got answered all of them and more. I already recommended the store to all the people I met in Miami and friends back home.

The gentleman who helped me was so knowledgeable on shoes and how my feet work after he ran me through their testing machine. He was patient and gave me wonderful recommendations. He had a calming vibe about him that made me feel really comfortable and I wasn’t afraid to say no to a shoe I didn’t like. Sometimes shopping for sneakers can be uncomfortable for me and he made it so pleasurable and easy. They ended up having both sneakers I wanted in the color I liked. But if they didn’t he said the store would have ordered them for me. I was offered water as well while I was there. Thank you for a great experience!

Absolutely amazing! Worth the drive up to the store, the customer service was incredible! My dad loved it so much he also got a pair, and I love that they send you the scan of your feet and all the information! We got home and told my mom and brother about the experience and they want to drive up to get their shoes too! Only thing is, I wish there was a closer store to me so I could go more often. I would highly recommend going, this is probably the best purchase I’ve made this year!

From the moment we walked in, my girls and I were greeted and treated with special attention. Alex, was amazing, he listened and gave us a detailed description of what would take place during our visit. After their scan, he clearly explained each shoe option and worked with my girls to find the BEST fit. For my daughter who just had spinal fusion (scoliosis), this visit was a game changer for her. Her new shoes will provide comfort and support moving forward. Through the scan, we found out that my other daughter had a bunion...surprise! With her new shoes, she'll have support too. We are grateful for the visit and for Alex helping us. Much appreciated!

Great experience, first time customer. I have plantar fasciitis and heel spurs on both feet and was nervous about coming in but Hannah and Alex helped me with all my questions and made me feel at ease. Hannah helped me with the 360 foot scan and recommended 3 shoes that fit my needs. I got to try on all 3 pairs and compare them to each other. I felt like i was walking on air with the New Balance Fresh Foam sneaker. It did not hurt to walk anymore with these shoes. I'm so happy i drove the 45 minutes from my home and found the right pair of shoes my feet so desperately needed.

The best place to shop for running shoes in Palm Beach County. Even though I’ve moved away, I consistently come back here to get my running shoes when I’m in town. Today I brought my mother, who isn’t a runner but needs good shoes for standing on her feet at work all day. Isabella was so patient and scanned our feet, matching us with the right pair of shoes for each of us. There was a bit of a crowd, so she did a good job handling the rush. Will be back!

I had problems with my feet and was recommended Fleet Feet by one of my doctors. So me and my husband drove the hour to give them a try.
