The Home Depot

Home Depot is great for all my home project needs! From tools to wood, shelving and lighting.. it's great! (Especially when I want to get my other half a present or a gift card!) Great DeWalt selection too!

Jordana in customer service was super nice and helpful . Made my 2 exchanges in 2 days very easy . Keep up the great work ! The store Manager on Saturday night wasn't so nice . He escorted me back to the service desk with the impact driver er kit . He didn't trust me enough to walk the 7 aisles . They had a State Police stationed in front of the store .

This is my go-to for paint brushes, paint, sand paper, and Dremel accessories. It's a typical Home Depot, spacious and organized. They could do better ordering on the popular items because they have been out of 80-grit sandpaper and the Gorilla silicone quite often, which stinks after driving all the way over there. The parking lot is spacious, and it's also safe as there's always a cop sitting in the parking lot. Some of the staff is knowledgeable, some of the staff know nothing. We've consulted with other customers, and them with us, at times to find products when employees didn't know where stuff was or what it was we were looking for (unknowledgable for their departments). During our last visit there were 3 employees talking and blocking the end of an aisle, meanwhile I had to stand there in pain due to injuries, waiting for the woman to stop talking about nonsense and move out of the way. At this point we know where things are and usually get in and out, but some competence would be appreciated.

This is another favorite place for my Wife. She likes tools I think that's why though. But this is the place for all your home and job upgrades.

The only issue with Home Depot is that customers often don't put things back in the correct bins. But that's not the business' fault.

I wanna take this opportunity to thank Jeremy, the absolute greatest Home Depot employee on the planet for saving me $600 in plumbing repairs by showing me step by step what I needed to do from zero experience to replacing my own kitchen faucet, replacing the valve and even cutting a pipe! He is the absolute GOAT!! 💪❤

I go to home depot for many things ..yesterday, I went to the garden section and bought 2 trees and 10 bags of dirt..it was very hot... I need help loading in truck...the young man at the Register ...kyle... had call for help many times..and kept apologizing..he is a great worker...!!!
Eventually, I went inside and asked somebody to help us and they came right out and did...
She apologized too...great workers... There is always an abundance of good workers in the garden center... I guess they were just short at that time..

We just had a great experience at this store! The moment we walked in, we were greeted by Morgan who asked us if we needed help. He directed us in the right direction, then helped us load our cart and get more product from the back! He then helped us load our car up!! Such a big help and great customer service! Thank you!

One of my favorite hardware markets! I really like using their renting services, and visiting the store reminds me of happy house renewal times :)

This is not a Super Store for Home Depot, like the store in Manchester, but it does have 90% of what you'll probably need. (Unless it is a rush job, you can get that last 10% shipped free to the store. To me, that's perfect. ) Staff is friendly and helpful. Great in store advice and listing assistance.

Friendly staff and always willing to help. They asked if I needed anything even when I am just looking around. Prices are ok and I can make a quick trip in and out when I have a project to work on. It is great that I can look up an item online and it gives me the location of the item instore. This makes shopping quick and easy. One question? Why is everything getting locked up in stores near Willimantic?

I needed some help with some electrical wiring into a fuse box and setting up an outdoor circuit- Paul in the electrical department was so helpful! Not only helped me get the right stuff for getting up to code but patiently explained how to set it up as he did so. And this is not the first time. Amazing service!

This Home Depot is a great location. It is not as busy as some of the other locations. During COVID19 times, I prefer to avoid large crowds and this site is perfect.

It is easy get to and has plenty of parking. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable.

When it really mattered, during a real time of need, this home depot came through to help us get a refrigerator immediately. If this company gives awards for best customer service, this store should get it. Thank you to everyone there.
