I Just met Dr T with my sick Chicken Dotty this evening. I originally called to have her euthanized, not really knowing what was happening to her {but I had my thoughts}. I was grateful he took the time to examine her before making that decision. He asked every question relevant to her symptoms and was completely honest with me. We both agreed on the final outcome, as the best treatment for my sweet Dotty. Thank you, Dr T, for your compassion. It's never easy to put an animal to rest but your way made it easier for me. Knowing you are available to us with any issues that may arise with our chickens in the future puts my mind at ease. It was nice to meet you, but hopefully we won't need you in the future. I would highly recommend Dr T!

I want to express my gratitude towards Green Valley. I called as an emergency at home euthanasia during the weekend. They helped my baby girl Leia cross the rainbow bridge peacefully surrounded by her family. It was the hardest process I had to go through but Dr. Johnson explained everything she was doing. Dr. Johnson was very gentle with my sweet girl. I picked up her ashes today, it was a wonderful service. They care for animals. Thank you so much!! Dr. Johnson.

Many thanks to Dr. T for his compassionate care in helping our almost 15 year old dog, Dollie, enter Heaven from the comfort of our home and with us surrounding her. I can not express how much I appreciate Green Valley's involvement with the passing of our old girl. Lynne and Dr T were both incredibly kind and compassionate during this very difficult decision. I couldn't imagine bringing her into an office for this and thankfully she was able to leave this earth in her own bed, surrounded by people who loved her. She was the best little weirdo and she'll be missed for eternity.
Y'all were seriously amazing from start to finish and I can't thank you enough.

What a wonderful and kind vet. They came to my home and Dr. T was ever so gentle with my sweet senior boy and made the experience much easier. GVV was able to answer any and all of my questions and will be utilizing their services again in the future.

This place is awesome with the care and compassion they shared with me and my boy who was in need of being euthanized is far superior than I’ve ever had before in the many other goodbyes I’ve experienced . The doctors took their time both on the phone and in person- explained everything with me, the scheduler was so sweet- they all shared their love of animals and made the worst possible day of being a pet owner the most beautiful day as possible, I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pet and needs to say farewell for now. I could not praise them enough!!

Lynne and Dr. T are not only lovely but also very kind and accommodating. One of my ducks got injured and it was above my backyard bird abilities. They helped me within the same day and were also very reasonable in terms of an emergency rate! I will definitely be using them again. I can’t recommend enough!

This practice is pure compassion and professionalism. I'm so grateful and highly recommend them to anyone who loves their animals. More vets should be like these-both in their care and in how they run their practice. Very grateful.

The whole staff at Green Valley Vet were caring and compassionate. Euthanasia is never an easy thing to deal with but the team here really was very helpful and explained the whole process. I was relieved that we were able to have our pet be comfortable and at home for her last day.

Dr D is by far the best vet I have ever come in contact with. He cared for my boy for many years. Besides his patience with me (crazy pig mama) his kindness, love and compassion for my boy was unsurpassed. I can't tell you the countless times he calmed me down and took time from his busy days to help me. He really is a rock star! We love you Dr. D

It came time to put my dog down and reached out to Green Valley. They were incredible. Dr Michelle came to the house and was so wonderful during such a hard time. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr T . Is personable always listens . Calls back and txt on his own time trying to talk you through a problem even if he can't get there right away in a emergency. Had a calf die no fault of green valley . Texted with his condolences. Both him and his partner and receptionist are the tops!

Words can't even describe the pain of letting go of my Saint Bernard Austin. They eased his pain and helped him cross over the Rainbow Bridge. He will forever be missed.

Dr. Johnson and her staff were so caring during the whole process of letting our girl transition into the afterlife. They came to our house where our girl was comfortable, she was surrounded by family and our other pets got to say goodbye. They took care of everything after, until I got to go pick her up. They made a beautiful caring bag that she was sent home in. Thank you to you and all of your staff again for such a wonderful job that you all do.

Dr.T is amazing and compassionate. He did my large animals for many years. When Covid hit and my "regular dog vet" wasn't willing to keep office open and do shots that were not state mandated nor emergency Dr. T gave my dog his shots required by TDI (Therapy Dog International) to keep his certification. Recently my dog had a weird tumor removed, he helped me understand what it was and my next step. ALWAYS a phone call away. Thank you for being there for us. Cathy and Finn

I love the care and kindness the vet Dr. Thibeault gives. He is amazing with my 300 pot belly pig who is quite a handful and struggles with arthritis too. He has Jr. On rimadyl and he is doing so good now. His receptionist lyne is the sweetest person so caring about the pets too. I can't say enough good about the service they provide.

Dr. T has been my horse's vet for about 13 years now. He is extremely patient with Reno's arab tendencies and has always given my horse the best care. His prices are very fair for the work he does and the travel time he puts in to get to a location. The Green Valley team is professional, compassionate, and will always give the absolute best care to all of their client's companions!

Recently I had to put my senior dog down and the entire staff were incredibly compassionate and caring. They guided us through this difficult time and even came to the house to help keep her calm.

A pleasure to work with. Dr. T and Dr. J are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and caring. They have adjusted their schedules in times of crisis to fit us in. Lynne and the other staff are amazing as well. They are highly recommend.

I called to get information on their euthanasia process and spoke to the most wonderful person in the world, an angel named Lynne. She talked to me and somehow made me feel like everything would be okay. I hope that when that horrible day finally comes and I have to call that Lynne answers the phone.
