Spectrum Store

I switched from Verizon because for 2 lines with no data plan I was paying 135 per mth....for a decade. Now I pay 29 per mth, 2 lines unlimited everything, then after 1 yr
I pay an additional 29 for line 2. Reception is as good as Verizon and now I can use my apps in my car. Saving over 100 per month with a far better plan, a true no brainer.

Very friendly, helpful, and fast! Doesn't get better for a cell phone store.

My experience at the Spectrum Store in Mansfield was awesome. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Dominique. I went in to help my parents change/add a few services to their Spectrum account, and she couldn't have been more helpful. It's been a process, and I have had to go in a few times to accomplish everything we needed, and every time, Dominique was there for us to make it easier. She was patient, informative, and unbelievably pleasant to work with! Great job, Dominique! Thanks for making our experience a piece of cake!!

I went in to pick up my spectrum modem and they were very kind and helpful. Usually I overlook common customer service interactions but this place stood out positively. Thank you for fast internet!

We swapped four phone plans from Verizon to Spectrum, tonight. Andrew was the gentleman that took care of us during the migration to process. He did a superb job. If Andrew isn’t the manager, he should be .

I had Spectrum and thought I didn't like them, for legitimate reasons. Sure, they are many of the things people say.
But for a truly horrific, blatantly outrageous and unconscionable bunch of liars, you can't beat Xfinity. Moved Aug 12. Still no Internet (9/5) and they cancelled their own confirmed appointment to fix it!
Oh, yes, got the bill though.

My experience at Spectrum was very good. I had a couple minor issues being able to set up my internet in my new home but when I came here they helped me right away And resolved it all. Thank you guys for all your hard work!!!
