If you're going to any AT&t store, look no further. This store gives excellent customer service and is very clean. Smells nice when you walk in and is very detail oriented. Noel gave me exceptional customer service and their manager is very polite and considerate of the customers. If you want to go to a store where you feel like you're in a little family, then this is the store for you

Had a great experience. The staff was helpful and made my upgrade to the iPhone 13 pro max seamless. Definitely will be back there for my next phone purchase

I needed information on my cracked screen and the person working there was very helpful. She looked up my information and confirmed that I had insurance on my phone and then gave me the information that I needed to fix my screen. The worker helped me to understand my insurance coverage and where I could get my phone fixed.

What an incredible blessing to have this store here in corona. Staff are very friendly and the manager Cisco has gone above and beyond his call of duty to serve and take care of my billing issues . Anytime I have come here, he is here to listen and help out. I would highly recommend this store to any Att and direct TV customers . You got to come to experience their awesome customer care!!!!

Came in with an issue on my android phone and FRANCO went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue!!! He even did additional research and called me personally to follow up on my phone. His customer service and knowledge base is on point I highly recommend seeing this gentleman for anything and everything ATT related!!!!

Dealing with any type of cable, phone, internet service has always been a nightmare. But, for some reason and a bad experience I ended up at the AT&T on Griffin Way. And needless to say this experience began horrifically also, but I decided to give Cisco and his staff the opportunity to fix the problem. Not, only did they fix the problem then, but have continued to address all of my issues regardless if it is: wireless, cable, internet, or the bill. Now, I can honestly say that I will only do business with Cisco, and Sham at the Griffin Way AT&T in Corona. And if they should leave I will leave also! A big shout out to the Corona AT&T.
