Good customer service w a request that they were not familiar with. Were able to help me and provide the program I needed . Staff was very good.

I came in today for a new phone and the girl who helped me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Her manager, I believe named Damaris, came over and was also super friendly. I felt so welcomed. I will definitely be coming back here! Thank you ladies.

David was an amazing help. As soon as we arrived he did not hesitate to ensure my needs were met. He helped me upgrade my phone to the new iPhone 15 and couldn't be any happier! Every branch needs a David.

Jairo was such a great help with getting me a new phone. Nice and very professional. Took care of all of my questions and needs in a timely manner. I wont hesitate to go back to see him if I need assistance with my phone needs.

What a great experience! I went in to the store to buy a new phone but had trouble transferring information from my old phone to the new one. Juan Carlos was very patient and thorough and was able to transfer everything over as well as helped me feel comfortable using my new phone. I am grateful to have worked with him.

Had a good experience. We called in to inquire about possible service. Enoc (from Madera Store location) was so helpful that we went in that same evening to meet with him. Needless to say by that night we were AT&T members. Not only of two original lines we planned on switching over, but 4 lines. Thank you Enoc & AT&T.

Employees are well trained. Excellent customer service. Location is off Avenue 16 / 99 next to Starbucks, Holiday Inn, Home Depot, Valeros Gas Station and Sonics.

I had two great visits. My first visit was with Luis & he was great. He was very well informed of everything I needed to know. He definitely made my visit worth while.
My second visit was just as great & it was with Rueben. He help me activate my phone. He was so patience with me but especially patience with my mother. My mother was extremely happy with her new phone because she left satisfied with the knowledge Rueben gave her. Again thank you for your patience & the positive visits👍🏼

I went in to transfer from another carrier and Luis was extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are a 10/10, would highly recommend. Jazmin also help throughout the transaction and made this an exceptional phone shopping experience.

I had sone issues connecting a smart watch with my phone. The associate who assisted me, Juan Carlos to great initiative to figured out the issue. He explored all his options even though it was taking time. He persisted and continued helping me. I had to return the next day to continue attempting to resolve the issued and after exhausting all resources he still gave me other options. Associate Jairo continued assisting me and the issue was finally resolved. I applaud both Jairo and Juan Carlos initiative to help and take the time to explore options and possible solution. I was very satisfied with the customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help.

I went in to upgrade my phone. A lovely girl named aide helped me she was very patient with me as I’m not very tech savvy. She assisted me with selecting the best phone and accessories. Very impressed by the service here. Will definitely go back
